The CTET exam is conducted in two shifts for Paper 1 and Paper 2. The CTET Paper 1 is held in Shift 2 and Paper 2 in Shift 1. The shift 1 (CTET Paper 2) is held from 9:30 am to 12 noon and Shift 2 (CTET Paper 1) from 2:30 pm to 5:00 pm. The allotted CTET shift timing is intimated to candidates through their admit cards. Yes, CTET exam is held on a single day. The exam is held in two shifts on each day.
