Odisha Teacher Eligibility Test (OTET) is conducted by the Board of Secondary Education (BSE), Odisha to enable candidates to gain eligibility for teacher recruitment in government, private aided and private unaided schools of the state. Candidates who qualify the OTET exam can become Class 1 to 8 teachers. To prepare for the exam, candidates should make a concrete study plan.

OTET exam pattern and syllabus

Candidates must begin their preparations with the OTET exam pattern and syllabus. Time management

In the OTET Paper-I or Paper-II, a total of 150 MCQs are asked. Candidates need to attempt these questions in a time duration of 2 hours 30 minutes.
