Students filling the AP ICET application form 2026 must keep the following documents or information ready:

  • Receipt form from AP Online Centre
  • Credit Card / Debit Card/Net Banking details
  • Marks memos / Hall Ticket Number of Degree / Intermediate / Class 10
  • Marks memos of degree / Intermediate (Class 12 )
  • Class 10 or Equivalent Certificate
  • Income certificate issued by MRO through MeeSeva
  • Study certificates from Class 6 to Class 10, Class 12 / diploma and degree
  • Caste Certificate issued by the MRO/ Competent Authority through MeeSeva
  • Aadhaar Card

  • A good quality passport-size photograph in .jpg or .jpeg of size less than 50 KB

How to fill AP ICET Application Form 2026?

Check steps below to fill AP ICET application form:

  • Click on AP ICET 2026 link provided- cets.apsche.ap.gov.in
  • Select 'Fee Payment Tab'
  • Fill details shown
  • Select mode of payment: credit card or debit card or net banking
  • Fill details of AP ICET login details: payment reference ID, qualifying examination hall ticket number, mobile number and date of birth in the format (DD/MM/YYYY)and click on Proceed to complete the application process by adding the following details:
    • Personal details
    • Address
    • Qualifying examination details 
    • Common Entrance Test details such as:
      • preference for a test centre in the primary district, preference for a test centre in the second district.
    • Upload the required documents. Check the table below to know the documents and prescribed size and format:

Mode of Payment

The fee for AP ICET 2026 can be paid by the following modes:

AP Online by Cash:

  1. Choose the nearest AP Online centre
  2. Visit the centre to pay the fees . Students will receive a receipt for the registration fee paid to contain a Payment Id from the payment centre

Debit Card / Credit Card/ Net Banking: If they choose Debit card /Credit card /Net Banking mode

  1. Click on the “Make Payment” button and proceed by filling in the required details
  2. Page will be redirected to Payment Gateway webpage
  3. After the payment is successful Payment Id will appear on the screen. Note down the Payment Id

How to Check the Application Payment Status?

In case students' account is debited and the APSCHE website gets disconnected before payment, candidates can check the status by clicking on the 'Know your payment status' option. For this, students need to enter the qualifying exam hall ticket number and contact number. The amount will be refunded to their account in 5 working days. 

Printing of AP ICET Application Form 2026

After applying, students should take a printout for the record. To print the AP ICET application form 2026, they need to enter payment reference ID, registration number, qualifying examination hall ticket no, mobile number and date of birth.

APICET 2026 registration process has commenced online at cets.apsche.ap.gov.in on February 05, 2026. Candidates can fill the AP ICET application form online (with late fee) on or before the last date. The last date for Andhra Pradesh ICET 2026 registrations is March 02, 2026. Registrations with late fee INR 1000, 2000, 4000, 10000 will commence after the registration without late fee ends. Candidates not registering on or before the prescribed date will not be given further chances to apply for the AP ICET exam. Candidates are advised to stay updated with the Andhra Pradesh ICET application form 2026 important dates to know the last date of registrations with and without late fees. Only candidates who will register for the AP ICET exam will be able to download the admit card when released.

Q:   Can one apply for the Andhra Pradesh ICET exam after the application deadline ends?
A: 

Yes, candidates willing to appear for APICET will be able to apply for Andhra Pradesh ICET exam even when the registration deadline ends. However, in that case, the applicant will have to pay a late fee along with the AP ICET application fee amount (INR 650/- for OC & INR 600/- for BC and INR 550/- for SC/ST Candidates). The last day to apply for AP ICET 2026 without late fee will be notified. Candidates registering after the last date without late fee will have to pay the late application fee of INR 1000, INR 2000, INR 3000 and INR 5000 as per the schedule. However, once the application deadline with a late fee ends, they will not have any further chance to apply for APICET. AP ICET 2026 registration with late fee of INR 1000 is expected to commence in second week of April 2026.

While filling the AP ICET application form, candidates might make errors in the numerous details to be filled in the application form. APSCHE facilitates the AP ICET application form correction window for all the candidates who fills the online application form. The application form for AP ICET 2026 is divided into two categories. The details in category 1 cannot be changed. While the category 2 details can be rectified using the AP ICET application form correction window. Candidates can submit a written request via email to the convener in case they have made errors in the category 1 details.

The window of Application Form correction (Category-2) closed on May 17. The steps to correct details in the AP ICET 2026 Application form (Category 2) is mentioned below:

  • Log on to the official website of AP ICET 2026- cets.apsche.ap.gov.in
  • Click on 'Corrections' option 
  • The user gets directed to the 'Applications Corrections for AP ICET 2026' window
  • Key in 'Payment Reference ID, Registration Number, Qualifying Examination Hall Ticket Number, Mobile Number and Date of Birth'
  • Press the 'Submit' button to start correcting details in the form

Note: The steps mentioned above are applicable only for the registered candidates and those who had successfully submitted the application form within the deadline.

The application fee for the AP ICET 2026 exam is INR 650/- ( for Other Categories); INR 600/- (for Backward Class); INR 550/- (for Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribes) candidates, which is inclusive of a fee amount and a service tax of INR 29.50. Candidates will be able to pay the Andhra Pradesh ICET application fee in online mode only- Net Banking, debit card, and credit card. On successful payment of application fee, candidates must ensure to note the payment ID and transaction number for future logins. In case of unsuccessful payment status, candidates will be refunded the amount paid within seven working days. Candidates must ensure to enter the details correctly while paying the application fee. Candidates must note that the fees once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances.
