AIBE 20 Exam: The Bar Council of India (BCI) will conduct the All India Bar Examination (AIBE) 20th session. The bar examination is conducted to assess the legal skills of young lawyers (who graduated after 2009-2010). AIBE Exam was conducted in pen-and-paper mode. The AIBE Question Paper is based on 19 law subjects that candidates must have studied during their law degree. Therefore, it is easier for a candidate to cover the AIBE syllabus and prepare for AIBE exam. AIBE Exam is tough to crack as its the certification exam. Candidates who will clear the exam will be issued CoP. Candidates must prepare for the exam pretty well to clear in first attempt.

Both exams are national level. While AIBE is a certification exam, CLAT is an entrance exam to get admission into NLUs. The difficulty level of both the exams are more or less same.

Yes, Indian nationals with foreign law degrees can appear for the AIBE, after they fulfill mandatory requirements set by the Bar Council of India (BCI). The foreign law degree holders need to clear a specific qualifying examination and complete a bridge course, if necessary.
