FTII JET 2026
The Film and Television Institute of India has commenced FTII JET registration process 2026 on official website. The application window opened on March 11, 2026, at applyadmission.co.in/FTII2025-26/. The last date to fill and submit the online form is April 07, 2026. Candidates can submit the application form and pay the application fee in online mode only. No correction window will be open for modification in form. So, candidates are advised to carefully fill in their details.

How to Fill FTII JET Application Form 2026?
To complete FTII JET 2026 application form, candidates must follow below steps:
- Open FTII JET Admission Portal - applyadmission.co.in/FTII2025-26/
- Click on 'Register' to create Login ID.
- Enter valid email ID and mobile number to register.
- Create a secure password.
- Login with created FTII JET login credentials.
- A new page will appear on the screen for selection of programme/course and payment of registration fee.
- Enter personal details, including Name of the Candidate, Mother and Father, Gender, Category, PwD Status, Nationality, and so on.
- Enter educational and qualification details.
- Upload relevant documents in specified format and size.
- Enter correspondance and permanent address details.
- Select the programs/courses. (Maximum two courses)
- Select the written test examination centres according to preference (3 centres).
- Review the uploaded documents and application form.
- Pay the application fee

FTII JET Application Fee 2026
Candidates will have to pay the following registration fee for FTII JET exam 2026:

Mode of FTII JET Registration Fee Payment
Candidates can make the payment for their FTII JET application form via SBI/Other bank Internet Banking, Debit/Credit Card/ NEFT/ RTGS/ UPI/ QR code.
After paying the application fee, candidates have to submit their SB Collect Reference Number (DUP) and upload screenshot of payment receipt in the application form in jpg/ jpeg image/ pdf format.

FTII JET Admit Card 2026
After the registration process is over, the Film and Television Institute of India releases the admit card on official website. The FTII JET admit card 2026 will be availale for download between April 18 and April 25, 2026. Only candidates who will register for the exam before last date will be issued the hall ticket. Candidates must note that it is mandatory for candidates to take their admit card with them to the examination hall. Without admit card and ID proof, no candidate will be allowed to sit in the exam.

FTII JET Exam Centre 2026
The Film and Telvision Institute of India will conduct FTII JET Written Test examination in 26 cities across India. Candidates are required to select maximum 3 city preferences in their online form. However, candidates must note that FTII has the right to change and/or cancel any test center/city at its own discretion. The institute has released the FTII JET exam centre list 2026 in its admission prospectus. The FTII JET Stage 2 exam will be conducted at FTII, Pune Campus.

FTII scorecards are only valid until the admissions for the same academic year are finalised. Potential students may be asked to produce their FTII JET scorecards during counselling and document verification process preceeding the final allotment of seats to the students' chosen programmes.
As per admission process of FTII JET entrance exam, candidates who wish to get admission at this institute have to appear for 2 stages. Students who are selected in first stage can take Stage 2 exam. After both stages are over, selected candidates are called for further admission process, including interview, counselling and medical test. Candidates who will pass in all stages will be able to secure a seat at FTII.
FTII JET Result 2026
The result for FTII JET Stage 1 and Stage 2 are released separately. After successful administration of FTII JET Stage 1 exam, a merit list, including roll number, name, and category of the selected candidates, is released. Candidates who clear Stage 1 exam are eligible to appear for next stage. The FTII JET final merit list is released after successful conduction of second stage. The merit list is released as a PDF.
FTII JET Cut Off 2026
FTII also releases the cut off for FTII JET exam on official website, after the release of result. The FTII JET cut off PDF can be downloaded without any login. Along with, cut off list, the institute also releases a form for candidates to know their individual scores in each stage of the entrance exam.
FTII JET Counselling 2026
Students with their names in the final merit list of Film and Television Institute of India will be eligible to appear for FTII JET counselling process 2026. The counselling of FTII JET entrance exam includes three stages - payment of seat acceptance fee by selected candidates, document verification and medical test.
FTII JET Seat Acceptance
To confirm their seat at FTII, candidates who are selected in the meritt list have to pay Seat Acceptance Fee of INR 50, 000. The last date to pay the fee will be announced by FTII along with the release of result. The seat acceptance fee amount is later deducted from the candidate's course fee (if the admission is confirmed). In case a candidate fails to pay the fee before deadline, their offered seat will be given to the next selected candidate.
FTII JET Document Verification
The Film and Television Institute of India also opens a window for document verification as a part of its FTII JET selection process. Selected candidates can know the status of their document verification process by submitting the Google Form, to be sent on official website. FTII will share the status on candidate's registered contact details.
FTII JET Medical Test
Film and Television Institute of India conducts a medical test as last step of the admission process. The institute will inform about the medical test on candidate's registered email ID. Students must note that if they fail the medical test, institute has the right to cancel the candidate’s admission.

No, a candidate cannot fill FTII JET application form offline. The Film and Television Institute of India releases JET registration form in online mode and candidates have to fill and submit the same in online form only. No offline application form will be accepted by FTII for entrance exam.
