According to me, placements are an important part of each and every student’s MBA journey, especially those in the final year.

According to me, placements are an important part of each and every student’s MBA journey, especially those in the final year.

So, here are some tips you could follow:

  • First, go through or try to know areas where you are strong such as aptitude, reasoning, English.
  • Try to have clarity on the topics on which you are strong so that so tricky the question would be you would be able to solve it.
  • Try to solve questions from India bix, India gate and give a test, daily.
  • Daily solve questions on the topics on which you are weak. As there is a proverb, “keep your friends close but your enemies closer”. So the topic which we are not strong we can master that by understanding the topics and regular practice. And nothing is impossible one should remember that.
  • Daily one needs to devote at least 2hours. If you do that then the sky is your limit because we have already studied these topics we need to revise these topics.
  • Daily test is a must because it would make one more efficient and the level of accuracy would increase.
  • Attempt a few questions but they should be correct as they have negative marks.
  • If you don’t understand any topic then I would suggest you refer for more understanding because referring anything from books would make one lose interest and learning from YouTube is convenient. Most importantly they are easy to understand from YouTube.
  • Download apps on your phone to revise formulas of maths and they are also there are many apps to solve question for English as well like say small number set of questions you can like give anytime can identify you mistakes easily.
  • Be consistent and don’t be distracted from your focus. Think as if this is your one-time investment and work hard accordingly.
  • Last but not the least I would like to say regular consistent practice will give you sure sort result. And, “practice makes a man perfect”.

I started practicing from the month of May, after the end of the semester was over. So, I had three months' time in hand and so I gave daily three hours for each section and the time span increased as I gain interest and then I was also revising my programming languages as well. And, work on your communication as well as pick up topic and practice in front of the mirror. And ask yourself a question and try to answer.

The last piece of advice be confident in whatever you do, have faith in yourself and never give up on your dreams. You never lose, either you win or you learn so try to learn from your mistakes and regular practice is the key. There is no shortcut to hard work.
