NEET MDS Correction Window 2026 (April 4); Registration (Closed), Last Date & Process

The NEET MDS correction window 2026 will be available in two phases. In the first phase, candidates can make changes to the information submitted on the form. In the final phase, candidates can edit only the documents uploaded on the form, such as photographs, signatures and thumb impressions. Candidates need to follow the steps given below to make the NEET MDS application form correction-

• Visit the NEET MDS official website – nbe.edu.in
• Click on the NEET MDS tab
• Click on the Application Link and click on the Login tab
• Login through the user ID and password
• Edit the relevant fields.
• Click on the agreement checkbox, enter the captcha and submit the form.

NEET MDS Form Correction Window 2026: Editable Fields

The following fields or information can be edited on the NEET MDS application form 2026:

• Date of Birth
• Gender
• Parents’ Names
• Religion
• Category
• EWS and PWD status
• Identification Type
• Correspondence Address

NEET MDS Correction Window 2026: Uneditable Fields

Candidates cannot edit or make changes in the following fields of the NEET MDS form-

• Candidate Name
• Nationality
• Mobile Number
• Email address
• Aadhaar number
• Test centre city choice

NEET MDS Photo Upload Guidelines by NBE

NBEMS states the following instructions regarding uploading of photograph on the NEET MDS application form.

• The photograph must be coloured
• The candidate's face, eyes and ears must be clearly visible
• The background of the photograph must be white
• Candidates' names and the date of taking the photograph must be mentioned at the bottom of the photo
• The photograph should not be older than three months. 
• Height of head should measure 70 to 80 per cent of the photograph height or 30 mm - 36 mm.

NEET MDS Signature Upload Guidelines by NBE

While uploading the signature on the NEET MDS 2026 application form, the following guidelines must be adhered to.

• The signature must be made on plain white paper.
• The signature should be made using a blue or black ballpoint pen.
• There should not be any ink spots, smears, or anything else written on the signature file.
• Draw a box of size 1.5 cm (height) x 3.5 cm (width). Use a black or dark blue ink pen to sign within this box.
• Click the signature within the box in bright light conditions using any digital device and avoid using flash. 
• Check that the shadow of your hands/ camera/ smartphone does not fall on the sheet. 

NEET MDS Thumb Impression Upload Guidelines by NBE

The instructions to be followed while uploading the thumb impression file on the NEET MDS 2026 application form are as follows:

• Draw a box of 3.5 cm x 1.5 cm (width x height) on a white sheet of paper (you may draw more than 1 box to take multiple thumbprints and select the best). 
• Use a fresh blue/black colour ink pad. 
• Gently press your LEFT THUMB against the ink pad and take a horizontal print of your left thumb within the box. Do not press too much or wriggle, as it may lead to smudging of print. 

The NEET MDS registration process is completely online. Candidates must follow the instructions shared below while filling the NEET MDS application form-

• Candidates must fill in the application form with the correct details, as some fields are uneditable during the correction window.
• The documents must be uploaded as per the specified size, dimension and format.
• Candidates applying through their Aadhaar must ensure that their photo on Aadhaar matches the captured live photo. In case of mismatch, candidates will not be able to submit the form.
• Candidates should check the browser settings before taking the NEET MDS registration 2026. The browser should be of the latest version. The appropriate browsers for MDS registration are- Internet Explorer, Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox.
• Candidates should submit the applications timely and should not wait for the last date, as they might face server errors or technical glitches due to high traffic.

• Login using the user ID and password.
• Fill the application form. 
• Enter qualification and internship details.
• Choose the desired NEET MDS exam centre city.
• Upload the documents according to the specifications.
• Save the form and click on next.
