Tripura NEET Counselling 2025: Round 2 Result (Out), Institute Reporting (Underway), Registration & Choice Filling, Merit List, Dates

To participate in the counselling of Tripura NEET 2025, a candidate must satisfy the following criteria:

• The candidate must have qualified for NEET 2025
• They must be a permanent resident of the state
• The candidate or his/her parent should have resided in the state of Tripura for a period of at least 10 years prior to the date of release of the application form
• Children of All India Service officers born in the Tripura cadre or employees of the Tripura state government posted out of the state can also apply for Tripura MBBS counselling
• Candidates who have completed class 12 from an institute in Tripura and their parents are currently working with the Tripura/Central Government are also eligible
• Children of ex-servicemen/defence personnel who have resided in the state of Tripura for at least 5 years prior to the date of release of the application form can also apply for the counselling of Tripura NEET.

Tripura NEET counselling 2025 process will involve various steps such as registration, submission of application fee and verification. Below are the steps involved in the Tripura NEET counselling 2025:

Step 1: State Merit List

The Directorate of Medical Education (DME), Tripura, prepares a merit list of the registered candidates for each round. The basis for the preparation of the state merit list will be the NEET 2025 All India Ranks of the registered candidates.

Step 2: Registration

To participate in the counselling of Tripura NEET 2025, candidates have to register on the official website of DME Tripura. Candidates who fail to register are not considered for the Tripura NEET 2025 counselling process.

Step 3: Application fee

It is mandatory to pay the application fee for participating in the counselling of Tripura NEET 2025. The application fee has to be paid offline through a Demand Draft in favour of the ‘Director of Medical Education, Government of Tripura’, payable at Agartala.

Tripura NEET Counselling 2025 Security Deposit Amount

The mandatory security deposit has to be paid through a Demand Draft or a bank deposit. The DD has to be made in favour of the Directorate of Medical Education, Government of Tripura from any nationalised bank, preferably the State Bank of India. The DD or the bank receipt has to be submitted to the office of the Director of Medical Education, Birdurkarta Chowmohani, Agartala.

Step 4: Choice Filling and Locking

Based on the seat matrix, candidates have to fill and lock choices for each round, based on which seats will be allotted. Candidates have to follow the steps given below to fill and lock choices for the Tripura NEET 2025 counselling.

• Visit the official website of Tripura NEET Counselling 2025 – trmcc.admissions.nic.in
• Login by entering the User ID and Password
• Click on the choice filling tab
• Enter seat choices in preferential order and lock those
• Submit the final seat choices

Step 5: Seat allocation list

The Tripura NEET 2025 seat allocation list is uploaded on the official website of DME Tripura. The seat allocation list of Tripura NEET 2025 is prepared based on the state merit list, the number of seats available and the choices filled by the candidates.

Step 6: Reporting to the institute

Candidates who have been allocated a seat have to report to the respective institute for confirmation of their admission. They also need to deposit the tuition fee for the first year of the course.

Step 4: Verification of documents

The next step will be the verification of the documents and checking the eligibility of the candidate. Candidates have to report for document verification, both original and self-attested photocopies, to the verification centre.

• NEET 2025 Score Card
• Class 12 mark sheet
• Permanent Resident Certificate/Tripura State Domicile
• ST / SC / OBC/ Child of ex-servicemen/ physically handicapped certificate from the Competent Authority, as applicable
• Pass Certificate of the SSLC/Madhyamik Examination/Admit Card of Madhyamik Examination (proof of age)
• Aadhaar card
• Recent passport-sized photograph (5-6)

Candidates must note that there is no reservation for candidates belonging to the Other Backward Classes (OBC) category in Tripura NEET counselling 2025. Thus, an OBC category candidate will be treated as a general category candidate during the counselling of Tripura NEET 2025.
