GPAT 2025 results have been declared on June 25, 2025, on the official website. The National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS), which conducted the Graduate Pharmacy Aptitude Test (GPAT) 2025, has acknowledged that five questions in this year’s GPAT exam have been found to be incorrect or ambiguous. This comes after a rigorous review of challenges raised by candidates during the objection window. The authorities also mentioned that marks for these 5 questions will be distributed among all, while there is one question for which the answer choices were not correct, hence marks for that question will be awarded to those who have chosen to answer. The final answer key is now set to be released on July 4, 2025, on the official website: natboard.edu.in. NBEMS has stated that the final answer key, taking into account the rectifications and deletions, will be uploaded.

The GPAT 2025 examination was conducted successfully on June 8, 2025, in computer-based mode across various centres in India. According to the official website, a total of 4714 applicants are declared qualified from a total of 47140 pharmacy graduates seeking admission to postgraduate pharmacy programmes (M.Pharm.) and fellowship opportunities across reputed institutes.
The NBEMS releases two answer keys for GPAT, which are provisional and final. After receiving the responses from the students for the provisional answer key, the authorities release the final answer key. The GPAT provisional answer key was released by the authorities on June 29, 2025.
The GPAT final answer key was released after the announcement of the GPAT result on July 4, 2025. It was released by the NBEMS in a PDF file for download on the official website. The GPAT final answer key is used to check the recorded response sheet.
The final answer key helps maintain transparency in the process of evaluation and also provides candidates a fair view of their ranks and scores obtained in the GPAT entrance exam.
Candidates need to visit the official website of GPAT exam. After this, students need to click on answer key challenge option. Provide their registration number and password/DOB. Enter Security Pin and then click on View Question Paper. Check the provisional GPAT answer key and match the recorded responses with it. In case the candidate is not satisfied with any of the responses provided in the provisional answer key, they are free to challenge it within the stipulated time frame.
