NEET MDS admit card 2026 will be released around four days before the exam date. The NBEMS will display the admit card for NEET MDS 2026 exam online on its website- natboard.edu.in. Registered candidates can download the NEET MDS hall ticket or admit card using the required login details. Candidates will get to know the name and address of the allotted NEET MDS exam centre 2026 through the admit card. The NEET MDS 2026 admit card download link will be provided here when released. 

The NBE NEET MDS admit card 2026 will contain the Google Map link of the exam centre. Candidates can use the link to know the distance and time required to reach the centre. Candidates need to take the coloured printout of their hall tickets and carry it to the allotted test centres.

Q:   There are some errors in my NEET MDS admit card. What should I do?
A: 

The National Board of Examinations in Medical Science (NBEMS) will release the NEET MDS admit card tentatively a week ahead of the exam date. After downloading it, if a candidate finds out that there is an error or misprint of information on the admit card or hall ticket, he or she must contact NBEMS in its helpline number or email id and get it corrected at the earliest. Since there will be a few days gap between the NEET MDS admit card release date and the exam date, candidates must act fast. In case NBEMS does not issue the corrected NEET MDS admit card on time, they will have to carry the original admit card, along with the copy of the email to substantiate their request or claim so that they do not face any hassle at the entry of the exam centre.

Q:   Which photo identity cards will be accepted at the NEET MDS exam centre?
A: 

The National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS), the exam conducting body has laid down the list of photo identity cards, that will be accepted by the exam centre officials are given below:

  • PAN Card
  • Driving License
  • Voter ID Card
  • Passport
  • Aadhaar Card (with Photograph)

Candidates must carry the original photo identity card to the centre and not show the photocopy or the digital copy on the mobile phone.

A: 

The NEET MDS admit card mentions the list of prohibited or barred items at the exam centre, on the day of the exam:

  • Any stationery item like textual material (printed or written), notes, plastic pouch, calculator, pen, writing pad, pen drives, eraser, rough paper etc.
  • Any electronic device like mobile phones, Bluetooth, earphones, microphone, pager, wrist watch/health band, calculator, electronic pen/scanner etc.

Q:   At what time should I reach the NEET MDS exam centre?
A: 

Candidates must reach the NEET MDS exam centre at least two hours in advance. As the exam will commence at 2 PM, they must reach the centre by 12 noon. The entry gates will close at 1.30 PM. Hence, they must reach the centre on time to avoid last minute rush. In case candidates reach after 1.30 PM, they will not be allowed entry. Candidates will be logged in to their computer systems by 1.45 PM. The exam will end at 5 PM. No test-taker will be allowed to leave the centre before the stipulated time. 

Q:   Will I be allowed to leave the NEET MDS exam centre if I complete my test before time?
A: 

No, candidates will not be allowed to leave the NEET MDS exam centre before time. They have to be seated on their allocated seats till 5 PM, the exam end time. Even after that, the invigilators will check and ensure that candidates' tests are submitted properly. They should leave the centre one by one after marking attendance before the exit. 

Q:   Where can I find which NEET MDS exam centre has been allotted to me?
A: 

Candidates will be informed about the NEET MDS exam centre allotment on their admit card. Candidates will be allotted an exam centre based on the city they chose in the application form. The NEET MDS admit card carries the name and complete address of the NEET MDS exam centre, along with the Google Map link on the document, which will make it easy for the candidates to reach the exam centre. 

Q:   How many exam centres are there for the NEET MDS exam?
A: 

The total number of exam centres in NEET MDS varies every year. While NBEMS or the exam conducting body releases the number of NEET MDS exam cities every year, the exact number of the exam centres or the names or addresses, are not announced. The NEET MDS 2025 exam centres were located in 59 cities, whereas in 2024, the number of exam cities were 56.

A: 

The NEET MDS admit card is valid for one year. Since NEET MDS exam is conducted once a year, the admit card is also valid for one year. Candidates must preserve the admit card or hall ticket carefully till the admission process is over. Since the admit card is one of the documents for counselling rounds or the document verification process,  

Q:   When will the NEET MDS 2026 application process begin?
A: 

The NEET MDS 2026 application process is expected to start in the second week of February 2026. The application process of NEET MDS 2026 will be completely online. The last date of NEET MDS 2026 application is likely to be scheduled in the fourth week of February 2026. The dates of NEET MDS 2026 application form will be announced by the National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) on its official website through notification and information bulletin prior to the commencement of the application process. 

Q:   What are the exam day instructions given on the NEET MDS admit card?
A: 

The NEET MDS admit card carries exam day instructions which must be followed by test-takers. These instructions or guidelines are given below:

  • Candidates will not be allowed to enter the examination hall without the NEET MDS admit card 2026
  • Candidates are advised to reach the NEET MDS exam centre at least an hour before the exam starts to avoid last-minute hustle.
  • Candidates will not be allowed to take a bio-break between registration and exam commencement time. A bio break can only be taken once the examination starts.
  • Students have to take their admit card, a government-issued photo ID card. Documents in Digilocker will not be accepted.
  • Using any unfair means will debar students from appearing in the entrance examination.
  • Use of any electronic device, including cell phones, pagers, and calculators, is strictly prohibited inside the examination centre.
  • Any stationary item, textual material, or calculator is not allowed to be taken to the examination centre.
  • Students are not allowed to take eatery items to the examination centre.
  • Candidates have to make arrangements to keep their belongings, as the exam centre will not be responsible for any personal belongings of any student.
Q:   What are the details required to download the NEET MDS admit card?
A: 

To download the NEET MDS admit card, registered and eligible candidates had to enter the following details after visiting the NEET MDS website:

  • NEET MDS application number
  • NEET MDS password
  • Captcha or Security Code

In case candidates have forgotten their NEET MDS password, or are unable to login, should click on the Forgot User ID/Password to retrieve the password. 

Q:   Has there been any change in the NEET MDS 2026 admit card?
A: 

The NBEMS has not announced any changes in the download process of the NEET MDS admit card 2026 as of now. Last year, the coloured printout had to be taken of the admit card. Candidates must ensure that they print both pages of the admit card back to back in a white A4 size paper. 

Q:   Will NBE send the NEET MDS admit card by post or email?
A: 

NBE or National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) released the NEET MDS admit card in an online mode. Registered candidates have to log in to the official website of the exam and download it in a PDF format. NBE does not send the NEET MDS admit card by post or email. Hence, candidates have to download the document online prior to the exam date to know the exam centre allotted to them. The NEET MDS admit card is a crucial document which must be carried to the exam centre and without this, they will not be allowed entry and appear for the exam. 

 

Q:   How to download the NEET MDS admit card if I forget my login details?
A: 

To download the NEET MDS admit card, candidates have to login with their registration credentials such as application number and password or date of birth. In case they have forgotten or misplaced the details, they have to click on the Forgot Password link to retreieve the username or password. During this process, they should keep their mobile number and email id active as NBEMS will send the retrieving link through email or SMS. In case even the Forgot password option does not work, they have to contact NBEMS or NEET MDS helpline number. To avoid such a situation, candidates are advised to save the login details or registration credentials properly. 

Q:   What should be the size of the paper on which NEET MDS admit card has to be printed?
A: 

Candidates must print the NEET MDS admit card on an A4 size paper. The paper should be white in colour. Candidates should take the print in coloured ink as instructed by NBEMS. The printout should be clear.

Q:   What is the purpose of the barcode on the NEET MDS admit card?
A: 

The NEET MDS admit card has a barcode on the top. It is used for verification during the exam. The barcode has information entered during the registration. In case of a mismatch in the details, candidates may not be allowed entry to the exam centre. 

Q:   How will I come to know when the NEET MDS admit card is released?
A: 

The National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) will release the NEET MDS admit card around four days before the exam date. The NBEMS does not release any official notice or convey it through SMS or email. Candidates have to login to the official website of the exam and login with their registration credentials to download the admit card or the hall ticket. 

Q:   Should I sign on the NEET MDS admit card?
A: 

No, candidates need not sign on the NEET MDS 2025 admit card. Firstly, there is no field of candidate signature on the NEET MDS admit card. Secondly, there is no such instruction on the admit card. Moreover, test-taers must avoid writing anything on the admit card as it is a crucial document. In case of any writing, signature, ink spread, etc. the exam centre officials may cancel the candidature or entry to the exam hall. The attendance will be marked inside the exam hall through biometric system such as thumb impression and invigilators will take manual attendance through signature on requisite copies or registers. In case a test-taker signs on the NEET MDS admit card or hall ticket by mistake, he or she must take out a fresh printout.  

Q:   Do I need to paste photograph on NEET MDS admit card?
A: 

There is no such instruction on the NEET MDS admit card to paste photograph. Moreover, there is no field or space to add passport-size or postcard-size photograph on the admit card. There are two candidate photographs printed on the NEET MDS admit card, one of which is the passport-size photograph uploaded during the application process, and the other one is the real-time photograph captured during the application process with candidates' webcams. The exam centre officials will verify the photographs with the photo identity cards to ensure there is no impersonification.
