UGC NET 2025 June 29 Last Exam Today

UGC NET 2025 June Session Exam: The National Testing Agency (NTA) is conducting the last exam of UGC NET June session today. As per the schedule, in shift 1 (9AM to 12PM), the following papers are being held: French (French Version), German, Hindi, Kannada, French (French Version), Economics / Rural Economics / Co-operation / Demography / Development Planning / Development Studies / Econometrics / Applied Economics / Development Economics / Business Economics.

Whereas in UGC NET 2025 shift 2 (3 to 6 PM), these subjects exam is being conducted Sociology, Geography, Marathi, Punjabi, Tamil, Museology & Conservation. Candidates appearing for the exam are required to report to the examination centre at the time specified on their admit cards and strictly adhere to all instructions mentioned therein.

UGC NET 2025 Exam Schedule for June 29

As per the official NTA schedule, the UGC NET exams are being conducted in two shifts:

Candidates were advised to reach their examination centres at least an hour before the scheduled time. The admit cards for the June 29 exams were released earlier on the NTA’s official website.

What’s Next After UGC NET 2025 June Session Exam gets Over?

With the final exam scheduled today, the following events are expected in the coming weeks:

• UGC NET Answer Key Release: The NTA is likely to release the provisional UGC NET answer key within a week of the exam’s conclusion. Candidates will be given the opportunity to raise objections, if any.
• UGC NET 2025 Result Declaration: The results for UGC NET June 2025 are expected to be announced by the third or fourth week of July, following the finalisation of the answer key.
• Cut-off & Qualification Criteria: Candidates must secure the minimum qualifying marks (40% for general category, 35% for reserved categories) to be considered for Assistant Professor and/or Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) eligibility.
