The UGC NET 2025 History exam is scheduled to be conducted on June 25, 2026 in second shift from 3 PM to 6 PM. UGC NET History 2026 Important Questions & PYQs

UGC NET 2026 History: The National Testing Agency (NTA) released the detailed subject-wise schedule for the June session UGC NET 2026 exam. The detailed UGC NET schedule was released at ugcnet.nta.ac.in. The exam will begin on June 22 and will end on June 30. It will be conducted in two shifts on each day. The UGC NET 2026 History exam will be conducted on June 25 in the second shift that will be from 3 PM to 6 PM.

UGC NET History 2026 Exam Pattern And Marking Scheme

The UGC NET exam pattern 2026 consists of two papers that candidates need to complete in a duration of three hours. Both Papers 1 and 2 contain objective-type questions and it is mandatory for candidates to attempt questions from both papers. The UGC NET history exam does not follow the negative marking scheme. No marks are penalised for incorrect or unanswered questions.
