Yes, DU provides good placements to its students annually. Shri Ram College of Commerce (SRCC) has placed 1,095 students of batch 2026 with an average package of INR 13.79 LPA. Students from Hansraj College secured 130 job offers with an average package of INR 9.6 LPA. Median package recorded at INR 8.4 LPA. DU University registrations via CUET usually begins in February every year. Soon after the release of the notification, the CUET application process commences online. At present, DU consists of 80+ departments including North & South campuses. Delhi University placement process is conducted through Centralized Placement Cell and Department Placement Cell, which varies from college to college. Other than this, the placement period at DU is between August and December. However, it may vary from college and department.

DU is considered one of the most competitive universities in India for Commerce, Science and Arts education at the undergraduate level. Delhi University admission 2026 are now closed for the UG programmes. The DU CSAS_UG counselling process is has now concluded. 

While minimum Class 12 are required, DU admissions are not based on a candidate's Class 12 performance. Instead, CUET UG score is the main selection criteria at DU. The higher CUET score, the better chances at top DU colleges. Hence, applicants have to meet the minimum eligibility of 40%-60% depending on the programme.

For seat allocation at DU, students are required to lock their college and course preferences after the result is out.
