NLU Assam Cutoff 2025: Check Category-wise CLAT Cutoff Ranks

NLU Assam BA LLB course is offered through CLAT scores followed by the CLAT Counselling.

Candidates aspiring for NLU Assam admission to BA LLB and LLM courses must have a valid score in CLAT in order to be eligible for the further CLAT Counselling for the final admission. The NLU Assam CLAT Cutoff 2026 was released till Round 1 for admission to various law couses at UG and PG level. The cutoff was published in the form of opening and closing ranks for all categories belonging to the All India and Home State quota. 

The NLU Assam Cutoff 2026 ranged from 1322 to 1764 for enrolment in the BA LLB (Hons) and LLM course for the General AI category, according to the Round 1 closing ranks. Yes, NLU Assam accepts CLAT score. Candidates who are looking for degree course admission at National Law University & Judicial Academy, Assam must have a valid CLAT score. The Consortium of National Law Universities (NLUs) began the CLAT 2025 Registration on July 15, 2025. Candidates can fill the CLAT Application Form 2025 until October 15, 2024. All interested candidates can fill out the CLAT Application Form 2025 by visiting the official website; i.e. consortiumofnlus.ac.in. CLAT 2025 Application fees must be paid by the candidates as mentioned in the CLAT Exam Notification. The CLAT 2025 Notification was released on July 7, detailing important dates for CLAT Registration 2025.

NLU Assam cutoff 2024 is out for CLAT Round 4 as of now. CNLU is expected to release ranks up to Round 5 for NLU Assam CLAT cutoff. NLU Assam BA LLB (Hons) cutoff 2025 has been released for round 1. The cutoff for the General AI category candidates was 1643. For the PWD AI category candidates, the closing rank in the round 1 was 45940.

The NLU Assam CLAT Cutoff 2026 was released for admission to the BA LLB (Hons) and LLM course for all categories under the Home State and the All India quota. 

According to the Round 1 closing ranks, the cutoff ranged from 2258 to 3527, with LLM course specialisations being the popular choice among participants belonging to the OBC AI quota. 

In the case of OBC HS quota, the closing cutoff fell between 10214 and 23884 in Round 1, with LLM course being popular for this quota as well.

NLU Assam CLAT Cutoff 2026 has been released till round 2 for admission to BA LLB (Hons) and LLM courses for various categories under both the All India and Home State quota. 

For the SC AI category, the round closing ranks ranged between 4884 and 11777, for the LLM and BA LLB (Hons) courses, respectively. Out of the two, the LLM course proved to be more competitive for admission at NLU Assam. 

The NLU Assam CLAT Cutoff 2026 has been released for admission to the LL.M. LL.B. (Hons.) and LLM courses for round 2. The cutoff was released for various categories under both the All India and Home State quotas. 

For the OBC AI category, the cutoff ranged from 2430 to 3669, wherein the LLM course and its various specialisations were more competitive for admission. Students can refer to the table below to know the round 2 cutoff closing ranks for both courses for the OBC AI category.
