BITS Pilani BE Highlights 2026
BITS Pilani offers BE as an undergraduate engineering programme at its campuses in Goa, Pilani and Hyderabad. This four-year course is divided into eight semesters, with two semesters per year. Candidates interested in taking admission to this programme first register and appear for the BITSAT entrance exam. Direct admission for all the first-rank holders from central and state board exams to the courses is offered by the institution, irrespective of their BITSAT score. The total duration of the test is 3 hours, and there is no sectional time limit Each correct answer is awarded 3 marks and each wrong answer will result in deduction of 1 mark. BITS Pilani has introduced a 'Tuition-blind admissions' policy that awards a 100% tuition-fee waiver for the top 500 BITSAT rankers with an annual family income of up to INR 23.32L.
