No, Delhi University offers admission to the BSc programmes at its colleges based on CUET score only. There is no provision for direct admissions. Hence, aspirants must take the Common University Entrance Test (CUET). The national-level exam is conducted by National Testing Agency (NTA). It is conducted in different phases. Eligible students can apply on NTA website to take the test. Students seeking admission to DU colleges should select DU college plus preferred course at the time of registration.
After CUET result declaration, aspirants are required to register on DU CSAS portal. The course and college allotment process is done based on the preferences submitted by the students during the form filling. After final selections, students can pay the admission fee to confirm admission.
The application fee for M.Tech at DU till 2021 was INR 750 or UR (Unreserved or General) and OBC category candidates. However, the same is slightly low for SC/ ST/ EWS and PwD candidates, i.e. INR 350.
DU is one of the topmost Indian universities, offers courses in the widest range imaginable, from Arts and Commerce, to Science, Law, and Management. Delhi University fee structure is inclusive of various components, which are one-time chargeable or have to be paid yearly or semester-wise. Candidates can get into B.Ed programme of DU based on performance in the CUET-PG exam. To be eligible, aspirants must have the prescribed qualifications by the university. The seat allotment is done as per the preferences filled by the candidates. The admission process begins with CUET registrations. Hence, aspirants who fulfil the eligibility requirements shall first go to the NTA website and submit form before the deadline.
After the exam, a cutoff list is released. Candidates with a score equal to or better than the cutoff are selected. These candidates can then pay the admission fee amount to lock their seats.
DU registrations via CUET 2023 for UG programmes began on Feb 10, 2023 and were open till Mar 30, 2023. Additionally, for admission to PG courses, DU CUET-PG registrations for the 2023 session started on Mar 20 and were open till May 5. Interested candidates were able to apply online on the official website of CUET UG and CUET PG.
Followed by the application forms of CUET UG and CUET PG, DU has already started the DU CSAS registration for final college and course allotment of students who qualified the CUET UG exam. The process will begin soon for CUET PG qualifiers as well.
Candidates who get admission to BA (Hons) programmes offered at Sri Guru Gobind Singh College of Commerce, Delhi University are required to pay the Sri Guru Gobind Singh College of Commerce BA fees which range between INR 96,200 and INR 1.5 Lacs depending upon the specialisation selected by candidates.

CUET UG is compulsory for admission in the affiliated colleges of University of Delhi for UG courses. Delhi University introduced admissions through CUET scores in 2024 for candidates who seek admission. Candidates will not be granted admission on the basis of merit of class 12th. However, there are some specific percentage criteria needed to appear for the CUET exam for class 12th candidates which is given below:
- Students must have passed Class 12 or appeared in Class 12 from a recognized board in any stream to take admission to bachelor’s degree programmes in the central, state, private or deemed universities.
- For the General category, the candidate needs to secure a minimum of 50% in Class 12; for SC/ST, candidates must have secured a minimum of 45% in Class 12 to be eligible for the CUET 2025. For BTch programmes, the minimum aggregate for the General category candidates is 45%, and that of the reserved category candidates is 40%.

For seat allocation at DU, students are required to lock their college and course preferences after the result is out. Delhi University will consider normalised scores provided by NTA to calculate the merit scores as per programme specific eligibility. Yes, Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) is availabel in Kirori Mal College. The BCom course is offered as a regular and honor degree programme. The UG-level programme is offered across six semesters lasting for three years. The Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) programme is affiliated with the University of Delhi.
