Step 1.1: Students should register themselves on the online counselling portal (https://uktech.ac.in/en/page/counselling-2024-25) by paying the registration fee of INR 1,000 and entering their personal details and selecting the course (lateral entry, in case applicable).
Step 1.2: After verifying the contact number and email, the students are advised to login and fill all the formalities.
Step 1.3: Upload the required documents and along with the educational qualifications and submit the application by reviewing it after paying the application fee.
STEP 2: College Allotment Process
Once the college is allotted the along with the given specialisation, the student can directly visit the college and get the document verification done. If any disparity is found during the stage of document verification, the admission may be subject to cancellation.
STEP 3: Admission Confirmation
Once above said things are completed, the students are required to pay the admission fee to the college and assure the admission. The total tuition fees for the course ranges from INR 1.29 lakh to INR 2.37 lakh. However, students are requested to pay the mess charges of INR 20,000 per semester in advance.

After Pantnagar University announced the GBPUAT Result, selected students need to beat the Cutoff as well. Once they qualify for the GBPUAT Cutoff, they will be called for the counselling process. The counselling process is held to confirm the seats and provide admission to the deserving students.
