It is a good college and I would recommend it to students who study with enthusiasm but not to stude

Placements: In the 2023 batch, almost 85% of students got placed. The highest salary package offered was 10 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered was 3.8 LPA. Google, Accenture, and Amazon hired in the third year. Many interested students got internships. B.Tech, all branches, BHM, Biotechnology, BBA, BCA, and M.Tech are mostly available.

Infrastructure: Labs and hostel facilities are extraordinary, catering to both Indian and international students. Food provided is healthy and hygienic, with a variety of items that are not repeated during the week. When it comes to sports, there are sufficient facilities to play all games on the grounds.

Faculty: Professors are super and have a great experience. If any research is happening on campus, they encourage us a lot and provide best certifications for participation. They motivate us to follow a good path in our careers. During the academic year, they provide the boost needed to gain more and more knowledge.

Other: I have completed B.Tech in ECE and throughout my career, I received good support from the supporting staff.

Placements: Around 90 percent of students are placed in my course Btech electronics and communication engineering. The highest package is around 20 LPA and the lowest is 3 LPA. The top recruiting companies are TCS, Volvo and many others. Around 95 percent students get internship in this course in many companies. The role is ordered in my course in development head and other.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of my course is very good. The college has high speed wifi and ac class room with digital board and projector. The labs have all the facilities. The hostel are also very good. The mess food and medical facilities are fine and for the sports we have all gaming items.

Faculty: The teacher are very helpful and the most of the teachers are PhD holders. The teaching quality of them is very good. They are very frank with students so that the student will hesitate with them and make course curriculum relevant. The semester exam toughness is moderate.

Other: I choose this course because I have so much interest in this course and the best thing is you learn new every day. I wish that other colleges and mine also concentrate on skills development, not book readings. My college also organize fest for students like grafest and at every festival they organize party.

Our college has good teachers.

Placements: In our college, almost 90% of students are placed. The salary package offered is 4 LPA to 5 LPA.

Infrastructure: All necessary equipment is provided. Our college provides good infrastructure. There are three libraries. Wi-Fi is available. The quality of food in the hostel is good.

Faculty: All teachers are qualified, knowledgeable, and helpful. Semester exams are not difficult. You can easily maintain an 8 CGPA.

In Uttarakhand it is best you can go for it. The university culture is very friendly .

Placements: Approximately all students are placed and the highest package this year is from Amazon which is around INR 46 Lacs. Adobe is also a company that gives more package. Up to 80 percent students got placed and top recruiters are Amazon, Adobe, Flipkart, Byjus. The placement training is held in college in 3rd year. They will train us regarding placements .

Infrastructure: The hostel facilities are very good. The Wi-Fi is provided for all students with their IDs and passwords. The ground is very good and every year there will be sports events. The food is very tasty with proper hygiene. Medical facilities are also available for 24/7. Ambulance is available near hostels.

Faculty: The teaching is very good and teachers are very friendly and that too I am from south and I am very nervous about teachers and I do not know Hindi also but teachers are very helpful in making us understand the topics. Semesters are average but coming to practical exams are little bit tough.

Other: I have chosen ECE and the faculty of ECE are highly professional and they help us to crack GATE also. Coming to workshops and alumni meetings will be held at least one time in week.

Partially satisfied with the college.

Placements: This year, the packages have increased. Last year, the highest package offered was 50.4 LPA by Microsoft to a girl, and 4-8 students got 44.4 LPA from Amazon. Amazon, Microsoft, Infosys, and Wipro are the major recruiting companies in Graphic Era.

Infrastructure: All the hostels are good. SBS and Sardar Patel are the best of Graphic Era. Many sports are available, like basketball, badminton, table tennis etc. Timings are fixed in hostels. But you can walk around in the hostel till 9-10 pm. You get free Wi-Fi with a limit of about 3 GB per day.

Faculty: There are many faculty. Some are old, and some are new. Their teaching quality is good, but the teaching of some faculty is average. Exams are held regularly. The pass percentage is 75%. Faculty will not allow us even if we are late for 1 minute.

GEU is the best in Uttarakhand.

Placements: In the 2021 batch, around 60% of students got placed. All of them were placed in core companies while some were in IT companies. The main recruiters of our course are L&T and Philips, while IT majors like TCS, Infosys, and Wipro too took some of the students of our course.

Infrastructure: B.Tech's main building is the one where EC department classes are held. The director's office, colleges accounting department, and all are on our campus. Along with classes, there is a vast lecture theater. The number of labs is around 10 including VLSI Lab, Microprocessor Lab, Antenna Lab, and AIC lab among others. There are two canteens on the campus and a vast sports ground.

Faculty: The faculty members are great, as we have always had their backing. Though not highly experienced but are adept in the subjects that they teach. I am impressed with the way they teach us as they hold nothing against the students and see all students from a neutral lens.

Other: Engineering was my passion, and that's the sheer reason, why I opted for this course. I am quite a with college, and the events and fests of the university are a treat to the eyes.

Our college provides good placements for the CS branch, but not much good for core ECE.

Placements: I will tell you about our branch only that is ECE and not CS. Around 80% of our batch is placed. The highest salary package offered went up to 10 LPA this year and it was 12 LPA the previous year. The average salary package offered ranges from 3 LPA - 4 LPA. Top recruiting companies are CRED ( it was off-campus) by Unominda and Oppo. The previous year it was Samsung. From our course, very few people got internships that too mostly in startups. But people from other branches like CS got internships in Flipkart, Amazon, etc. So around 5 -10% of the people get internships from our course. Almost 100% of the students do industrial training. Most of the students did from NIELIT Haridwar. I did from DRDO Dehradun.

Infrastructure: Our college has a very good infrastructure. Wi-Fi facility is available in every corner of our college. Labs are well-equipped with a lab attended always present there. Classrooms are also neat and clean with projectors and speakers in every room. For some special subjects, we also go to a lecture theater that has soundproof walls and is air-conditioned. We have E-library as well where we can get soft copies of many expensive books free of cost. Other facilities include free bus service to any part of the city ( Rs. 1250 per semester which is almost negligible). I am a day scholar so I don't know much about the hostel. But as many of my friends are hoteliers so maybe I can answer this. The hostel facility is good in our college. It is so good that all get filled in very less time. You can find all types of rooms here 1 seater, 2 seaters, and 3 seaters. Air-conditioned and non-air-conditioned rooms are available. There are different charges for hostels according to the facilities. I think it goes from Rs. 80,000 to 1.5lac (including the food) per year. We have a very good indoor court of badminton. We also have a synthetic court for basketball.

Faculty: Faculty members in our course are above average. They are highly qualified but teaching skills are just more than average. For other courses also I heard the faculty is too good. The course is relevant to main communication only. Very little knowledge you get of core electronics. The course is not updated to current requirements (mainly in core electronics). Exams are average in difficulty. Most teachers tell all the important topics to study. The pass percentage is 40%. Students can easily score more than this as are university people only check the mark sheets.

Other: Our batch has 66 students and we have only one section. The new batch has more students and sections also. There is nothing much to learn in our branch and it is better to take computer science and practice electronics separately. Our course can be improved if the syllabus is updated to the current technology and more of core electronics. Real life projects are implemented every year. Fest is one of the best in the city. The biggest star in whole North India comes in our college. Stars like Don Diablo and Major Lazer came to our college. Our college is one of the best in the city for cultural programs. Scholarships are given based on 12th marks or JEE percentile.
