IIT Delhi MTech Eligibility & Highlights 2026
The IIT Delhi MTech course is a two-year course that is offered in full-time mode. MTech at IIT Delhi is offered in multiple specialisations including MTech in CSE, Engineering Analysis and Design, Machine Intelligence and Data Science, Cyber Security, Robotics and more. MTech at IIT Delhi is also offered as part of several integrated courses.
The IIT Delhi MTech admissions are entrance based, where the candidates are required to appear for the GATE entrance exam and clear a Personal Interview round. Candidates are also required to comply with the eligibility criteria for MTech admissions as tabulate below:

No, students are not eligible for BTech at IIT Delhi with 70% in Class 12. Though 70% is a good score but the percentage is not enough. The eligibility for BTech at IIT Delhi is 75% in Class 12 with relevant subjects from a recognised board. Students must fulfil the eligibility to get admisison.
IIT Delhi admission is entrance-based for all the programmes (Except for PG Diploma). For the diploma course, selection is done merit-basis. The IIT Delhi campus is spread across 325 acres. It is divided into four areas for administrative and logistical purposes.
