    As per the JMI cutoff 2024 for the Round 13 seat allotment, candidates won't be able to get into JMI with 50 percentile for M.Sc in Biotechnology, which is the only course available for the General AI category candidates.

    A: 

    Yes, Jamia Millia Islamia accepts CUET scores for UG courses such as BA, BSc and BVoc. Jamia Millia Islamia admission is based on entrance exam score. The university released its prospectus for admissions in March with the schedule for admission to courses accepting national-level and university-level entrance exams. JMI, New Delhi offers over 220 courses in both regular and self-financed modes. The university also provides distance learning courses at undergraduate (UG), postgraduate (PG), and Diploma levels.

    The college provides very good facilities and good placements.
    Placements: There are total 40 seats in my course, out of which a total of 25 students have been selected. Till now, many students have been selected on good packages. Students have been selected in big companies. National media companies come to some of the students. I have got good money in internship also and have been selected in many different departments.
    Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is very good, and it has many facilities like Wi-Fi, labs, library, and the canteen has very good arrangements for cleanliness. The canteen has a very good facility, and different types of food are available. There are many canteens.
    Faculty: All the teachers are very good and experienced, which makes it easy to prepare and take the exam. There are many teachers, which makes it easy for me to understand anything. Teachers have good behavior with students, which makes it easier for us to appear in exams.
    Other: There are many benefits of taking admission in this course in college, and you get more opportunities. There are festivals in different campuses in which you get a chance to participate, and you get a chance to know the art inside you.

    Course is nice but no placement. Really good exposure of subjects.
    Placements: Last year, no one got a placement from college. Our department has good placement but not for our course. If we talk about internships, there are 1 month of compulsory internships in each semester in hospitals like Holy Family and NGO's.
    Infrastructure: We can access the departmental and university libraries and Wi-Fi. We also have a sports complex in our hostel. Moreover, there are so many canteens on campus. The hostel food is just okay. The hostel offers a reading hall, a gym, and a canteen. The hostel room is three-bedded.
    Faculty: Yes, the teachers are very qualified. The quality of teaching is also good. And the subjects are also very interesting. The exams are average; you can easily get passing marks and also score well if you work a little hard. The subjects gave you in-depth knowledge so you can yourself find a job.
    Other: I want to pursue social work; that's why I chose this course. The best thing is the internship part, which gives us practical experience. I wish there was placement in the course. The university campus is really, really great. There are so many clubs that you can join, like singing, dance, theatre and debate clubs. You can also join the NSS and NCC. You can also apply for various scholarships, like national scholarship, MOMA scholarship, the Jamia Teachers Alumni Scholarship, etc.

    Best University with best infrastructure and facilities.
    Placements: There is no placement assistance provided by the college. Hence I'm not aware of the packages. (My batchmates are working with top notch brands. To name few of them - Google, Amazon, Barcroft, etc. ) as Journalist, Independent journalist, Senior Reporter!
    Infrastructure: Yes, we had digital labs as well dark room where we use to learn film photography and how to develop films. We had studios where we learned studio lighting. We had air-conditioned classrooms with a LED screen. We had two libraries. I have never stayed in my university hostel. Food quality was fine and quantity was good. Medical, sports and games facilities were really good!
    Faculty: Yes, our professors are helpful, qualified and dedicated towards students. Apart from the full time professors, we have guest faculty members who are achieved in their professional life. They share their experiences, techniques and how to pursue further in future. Yes it shape the skills of the students in a fine way.
    Other: I chose it because I wanted to be a photographer and my college, infact my department AJK MCRC is renowned for the quality of education. People like Kiran Rao, Kabir khan, sharukh Khan are the alumni of the college.

    I am totally satisfied with this university.
    Placements: The placements are good on the campus. The university has its name in top-ranked universities, so this question should not arise. The placements are mainly in AajTak, NDTV, etc., and these high-rated news agencies hire our university students. We are happy that we are the students of this university.
    Infrastructure: The university campus provides us with a quiet and peaceful environment. The classrooms are good, and the library facilities are available in the university, which is opened for 24 hours. You may study any time in that library. The medical facilities are provided to their students. Sports and games are performed on the national level.
    Faculty: The faculty members are good. All the faculty members are PhD holders in their subjects, and it results in no student can get doubt in their study. They invite the editors to improve our skills. Mainly last time, we met Barkha Dutt, who was also a student of Jamia Millia Islamia University.
    Other: The college has annual convocation, and the campus has a large crowd. The scholarships like Maulana Azad scholarship is offered to the students, and also there is a foundation for IAS coaching.

    A review on Jamia from a student of department of tourism.
    Placements: The college doesn't provide many placements. Very few local companies come and conduct interviews, but the salary they offer is too low, so I ignored that job. The salary offered can be up to Rs. 6000 per month and not more than that even for the topper student. If you really want a good job with a respectful salary, you have to beg HOD for it, but this opportunity is only if the teacher likes your attitude.
    Infrastructure: The department of tourism is too great in providing facilities. It has its own library with a good collection of books related to subjects, though the seating area is a bit small. Classrooms are too big.
    Faculty: The teachers in our college are highly qualified. The permanent professors of our department are PhD holders and are masters in their subjects. The guest teachers come and provide great lectures. They all teach well. Method of teaching depends on the lecturer, you have to be attentive in every class. You can't miss the class in any case, but the subject is very easy.
    Other: As Jamia has many departments and every department has their own events and programmes like Jamia foundation day, department of tourism event, world tourism day programme, etc.
