STEP 1: Kerala University Application Process 2025
Kerala University opens the application window online. Eligible candidates can register with an application fee for the programme of their interest. The application fee in affiliated colleges might differ from the university campus. Below is the application fee for Kerala University courses:

STEP 2: Selection Process
Kerala University conducts an entrance exam for PG courses. For most of the UG programmes, admission is based on merit in the last qualifying exam. For MBA, the university accepts national or state-level entrance exams such as CAT, CMAT and KMAT. Kerala University may call the shortlisted candidates for group discussion and personal interview rounds for some of the courses such as MBA, MSW, etc.
STEP 3: Merit List & Counselling
Once the candidates are selected, Kerala University releases a course-wise merit list. Aspirants with their names on the merit list are required to participate in the Centralised Allotment Process conducted by the university. Admission to MBA, MCA, MAHRM, MPE, MSW, MFA and MASLP courses will not come under the purview of the Centralised Allotment Process. There is no centralized allotment for seats earmarked under Management Quota. Aspirants also need to bring their documents for verification. Selected candidates need to pay the course fee to confirm their seat in the university.
