Candidates can fill out the KLEE form at cee.kerala.gov.in. To fill out the KLEE application form 2026 online, follow the application process as given below.
KLEE Registration Process
To register for KLEE 2026, you need to enter some basic details and create a strong password. After registration, an application number will be given to you. Keep both your password and application number safe, as you’ll need them to log in to your KLEE account.
- Password creation: Your password must be at least 8 characters long and include one letter (a-z or A-Z), one number (0-9), and one special symbol like [! @ # $ % ^ & *].
- Fill the application form: Log in to the official website of CEE Kerala using your application number and password. Then, fill in your personal, educational, and contact details carefully.
- Pay the application fee: Candidates can pay the KLEE application fee in two ways: Either they can choose Online Payment modes or can proceed with e-Challan (Offline Payment) option.

Online payment: You can pay through the online payment gateway using Internet banking, credit card, or debit card.

Offline payment: If you choose e-Challan, take a printout by clicking on ‘Print e-Challan’. Then, pay the fee in cash at any Head or Sub Post Office in Kerala. Hand over the printed e-Challan and cash at the counter. Once the payment is updated by the post office, you can continue with the next step by logging into your account.

- Upload Scanned Documents: The scanned photograph and signature are mandatory to be uploaded to complete the application process. Make sure the files meet the given specifications; otherwise, you won’t be able to move to the next step.
- Print Acknowledgement Form: After uploading all documents, click on ‘Print Acknowledgement Page’ to download or print it. Keep a soft copy or printout of the acknowledgment page for future use.

There is no lower age limit for admission to the 3-year or 5-year LLB programme. The upper age limit for admission both the LLB Programme will be subject to the decision of the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India. In case if age restriction under clause 28 of Legal Education Rules, 2008 of Bar Council of India is reinstated, only those candidates within the stipulated age limit will be allowed to appear for the Entrance Examination.
Candidates who are pursuing the last year of their qualifying exam, i.e. graduation degree can apply for the KLEE LLM entrance exam. The prerequisite for the applcation is that the candidates must have their qualifying exam marksheet or provisional result during the counselling process.

The Entrance Examination for admission to the LLM curse is a Computer Based Test (CBT). The Questions of the Entrance Examination is of objective type.
