Good infrastructure and affordable fees, but placement needs improvement.
Placements: Placements are average. About 15% of students are getting placed. The salary range is around 1.5–3 LPA. Most roles offered are entry-level positions. Internship opportunities are limited. Overall, only about 15–20% of students get placement opportunities in the college.
Infrastructure: The college has good classrooms, labs, libraries, Wi-Fi, and hostel facilities. The mess food is satisfactory. Basic medical and sports facilities are available for students. The infrastructure is adequate for academics.
Faculty: Faculty members are helpful and qualified. The teaching quality is satisfactory. The curriculum covers basic concepts of the course but could be improved with more industry-oriented topics. Semester exams are moderately difficult. Students who attend classes can pass without much difficulty.
Other: I chose this course because of my interest in this subject.

The college offers good infrastructure and education.
Placements: Our college provides campus placements. Around 90% of students are placed in our college every year. It has an active placement cell that works with students throughout the years to help them get the best placement opportunities. It offers top roles for each department.
Infrastructure: Our college has smart classrooms, well-developed labs, libraries, 24-hour free Wi-Fi in each department, and a cafeteria. Separate hostels are provided for both girls and boys. Food for hostel students is available in the canteen. It is average and adjustable.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful in helping students achieve maximum academic performance. The course is relevant in the modern world. Semester exams are somewhat tough. But faculty members support students in achieving good marks in every exam and provide proper guidance.
Other: Our college conducts tech fests and sports events every year.

Brutally honest review of SCET.
Placements: Internships are not usually provided by the institution. Students have to find them on their own. Placements are mostly offered to students with good communication skills. South Indian Bank, Sutherland, and TCS are the common companies providing placements. Overall, placements are good, with packages above 4–5 LPA.
Infrastructure: The quality of the mess and canteen is outstanding. The hostel provides a good atmosphere with clean, student-friendly rooms, usually with three students per room. The only negative is that sometimes the water is not hygienic. Many parents have complained about this, but no action has been taken.
Faculty: All faculty members are well qualified. They have good teaching skills, though there are some exceptions. Overall, it is good. There are regular internal exams with proper learning outcomes (POs and COs). For Computer Science, the pass percentage is above 90% in each class, and for other departments, it is above 80%.
Other: Events are limited as the college mostly focuses on academics. However, there are still 2-day arts and sports activities. NSS, IEEE, and IEDC activities are also there.

Infrastructure and placements are good.
Placements: The percentage of students placed in our college is between 50–70%. The highest package is 5-11 LPA. The lowest package is 2-5 LPA. The average package is 2- 4 LPA. The top recruiting companies for my course are Bosch and Siemens. The top roles offered include GET, Sales Engineer, and Quality Assurance Engineer.
Infrastructure: The college provides high-speed Wi-Fi for students. There are multiple labs for each course. It helps students gain more practical knowledge for their future. The library is average. Students can get books related to their stream. The canteen provides good-quality food and is well-maintained and clean. There is no college hostel.
Faculty: Faculty members are well-qualified and knowledgeable professors. They are helpful and supportive in studies and other curricular activities. The course curriculum is relevant for student development and helps make students industry-ready. Semester exams are very difficult. The pass percentage is around 60%.
Other: I chose this course because of my interest. The best thing about this course is the focus on hard work, mechanics, manufacturing, etc.

Satisfied because of faculty, good placements, and really good infrastructure.
Placements: Typically, around 40-50% of students from my course get placed. The average package is 3–4.5 LPA. IT companies include TCS, Infosys, Cognizant, Wipro, HCL, Tech Mahindra, QBurst, and Speridian Technologies. Core and other companies include South Indian Bank, Federal Bank, Haritha Techserv, Sutherland, and various construction and engineering firms.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure includes Wi-Fi, labs, and other facilities. Hostel facilities are good and affordable. The food is also good. The campus has a canteen, sports facilities, and tech fests. Classrooms are smart and clean, with a clean environment and quality food available.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful and qualified. Now the college is autonomous, so the syllabus has changed. The exam difficulty is moderate, depending on the subject. It also depends on the students. The campus trains students to convert their ideas into real-life projects.
Other: For CS, if you are interested in coding, this course is a good option. Everything is good here. Many events happen, such as arts, sports, and tech fests.

A:

KTU is just an affiliating type university.

It does not have any direct campuses.

Research funding is very week.

They give only around 20 PhD fellowships a year.

Authorities are at TVM and they issue non-practical orders.

Faculties are stressed because even clerical work are transferred to them in form of digitization.

The university believes that making syllabus and exams extremely difficult will increase quality of education and employability.

But, the result is a large group of dropout and mentally tortured students.

In short research output of KTU and employability of KTU students are big question marks
