University of Rajasthan Admission Test for Postgraduate Courses 2025 ( URATPG )
URAT PG Counselling 2025: The University of Rajasthan conducted the counselling for the LLM course through URAT PG from August 08, 2025 to August 13, 2025. The University of Rajasthan accepted the application forms for admission to LLM and MLib. courses online until August 04, 2025. The second merit list for URAT PG 2025 was released on its official website - admissions.univraj.org/uratpgPanel. Eligible candidates whose names appear in the list had to appear for document verification from July 11, 2025 to July 15, 2025, 11 AM to 2 PM, the last date to pay the admission fee was July 15, 2025. The exam authority released the course wise merit list.
Candidates had to register for the URAT PG Phase II application to be eligible for the counselling round and book their seats. The URAT PG Phase 2 application form was available from June 24, 2025 until July 04, 2025.

URAT PG 2025 Counselling Process
Candidates have to participate in the admission procedure as under:
Step 1: Display of URAT PG 2025 counselling notification - A detailed counselling schedule for URAT PG 2025 is published on the official website along with other admission instructions. Candidates are required to carefully check their category, cut off marks as well as date and timings to participate in the counselling rounds.
Step 2: Appear for counselling - Candidates whose names appear in the merit list under their respective category have to appear for URAT PG 2025 counselling at the their respective department, Rajasthan University, Jaipur. Candidates are required to carry the important documents in support of their eligibility for admission along with the counselling fee and course admission fee.
Step 3: Filling up the counselling form - At the counselling venue, candidates have to buy a form on payment of INR 100. They need to fill all the details in the counselling form such as course name, academic details, personal details, application details, marks secured in URAT PG 2025, the admission course fee etc. and submit it to the concerned officer. Also, submit self-attested photocopies of the required documents.
Step 4: Fee payment - Candidates have to pay the admission fee applicable to their category in online mode.

URAT PG Counselling Documents Required 2025
Candidates need to carry the following documents in original as well as photocopies (two sets of self-attested copies) during the URAT PG 2025 counselling:
- URAT PG 2025 application form (Both phase I & phase II)
- Valid Photo Identity Card (e.g. Aadhar, Voter Id, PAN Card, DL etc)
- URAT PG 2025 hall ticket
- URAT PG 2025 result card
- Recent photographs of passport size (six photos).
- Date of Birth certificate or Merit certificate
- Class 12th mark sheet
- Class 10th mark sheet
- Caste-category certificates as issued by the competent authorities
- PWD category certificates (if claiming)
- Transfer certificates, character certificates from the college/ university last attended
- Non-Income Taxpayers certificate for claiming relaxation in the course fee

In case the candidates forget or lose their URAT PG admit card, they can redownload the same from the candidate's portal of the official website and get its print copy again. No candidates shall be allowed to sit for the exam without the admit card and a valid ID proof.
