JMI Entrance Exam MA Visual Effects & Animation Application Form 2024, Registration: Know How to Apply

The application for JMI Entrance Exam remains the same year after year. Those who wish to apply can watch the video embedded below for the same. The steps for the same are also provided below.

There are two phases to the online form submission. 

Phase 1: Candidate's Registration: Entering all the basic details 

Step 1: Visit the official website - admission.jmi.ac.in

Step 2: On the right side of the screen, there will be a registration box

Step 3: Click on the 'New Registration' button and enter the required details 

Phase 2: Entrance Application Submission: Choosing of Program(s) and category, fill in the personal and academic details, upload the academic documents, and submit the application fee.

It is necessary that the applicants upload all the required documents in the file size and specifications predecided by the exam body. Files in specifications other than these will not be accepted on the online application portal. Find these details in the table below:

Note: The application fee can be paid via Credit Card/ Debit Card/ Net Banking. The application fee once received successfully at JMI's end is non-refundable and no correspondence on this subject will be entertained.

The documents required while filling out the JMI Entrance Exam application form are listed below.

• Valid E-mail ID
• Active Mobile Number
• Scanned Photograph
• Scanned Signature
• Credit card, Net Banking details or ATM/ Debit Card

Note - Candidates whose results for the qualifying examinations are yet to be announced can also apply but the applicants are advised to submit the required certificates.

The exam body allows candidates to edit their JMI application form. Candidates who have filled out the form and want to edit their JMI application form will have to visit the official website, click on the correction window link, and log in using their JMI login credentials - JMI16XXXXXXXX and password (Date of Birth DD/MM/YYYY). 

Candidates who have successfully applied and whose payment for the course(s) has been received will be able to log in. After logging in, candidates will be able to see three tabs - Candidate Registration, Edit Registration Data and Edit Application Form.

Candidates cannot edit the following details -

• Name
• Father’s name
• Date of birth
• JEE Reg No
• Email Address
• Photo and signature

To edit these details, candidates will have to drop a email at admission@jmi.ac.in. Apart from the above, candidates can edit all the other details. 

Candidates must note that details once edited cannot be edited again.
