HSEE 2022 application form deadline was extended from May 31 to June 5. The HSEE 2022 registration process started from March 9 on the official website of the exam. Candidates can check the status of the application form on the official website of HSEE from June 20, 2022 to June 24, 2022. The window to check the HSEE application status is available at the official website of the exam. Students who have applied can check the application status by entering their registered email ID and password. Candidates are advised to check the HSEE eligibility criteria before filling and submitting the HSEE application forms.

How to fill HSEE 2022 application form?

Candidates can follow the mentioned step by step process on how to fill the HSEE application form:

Step 1: Registration

To fill the HSEE 2022 application form, candidates will have to log on to the official website of the exam and select from the menu “Apply Online” and follow the instructions on the site. The applicant has to enter all the data as per the instructions. The site will prompt to save the data on the system when necessary. Once the candidate has entered the details such as name, email-ID and phone number, the applicant will receive a confirmation mail, which consists of the HSEE 2022 registration number and password.

Step 2: Fill Application form

After successfully registering, the candidate will be required to fill the HSEE application form. The details to be entered are as follows:

Name of Candidate	The candidate has to enter the names in capital letters as given in 10th certificate.
Category	The candidate can choose category GE, SC, ST or OBC-NCL from the menu. If a candidate fails to produce the necessary certificate, the applicant will be considered as a general category. candidate
Person with Disabilities (Pwd)	If you are a person with disabilities, i.e., you have SEVERE dyslexia or at least 40% impairment irrespective of the type of disability i.e., locomotor, visual (leprosy-cured candidates are also included in this subcategory), choose YES from the drop-down menu. Otherwise, choose NO.
Gender	Choose from the drop-down menu as appropriate.
Nationality	Choose from the drop-down menu as appropriate.
Date of Birth	The candidate has to select the date, month and year of birth as recorded in Class 10 certificate.
Postal Address	The candidate has to enter their address to which the communication is to be sent. The PIN CODE is also required to be entered.
Email-ID	The candidate has to enter a working email-ID.
Mobile Number	The candidate has to enter the 10-digit mobile number. Through the number, the college can inform candidates about the application status.
Choice of Examination	Candidates have to enter two choices of cities where the aspirant can appear for the exam.
Photograph	The candidate has to upload a passport size picture which shouldn’t be older than two months.
Signature	The candidate is required to submit an image of their respective signatures.
Name of Parents/Guardian	Candidates have to enter the name of their father/mother/guardian as mentioned in the 10^th certificate.

Documents to be submitted

Step 3: The candidate is required to upload scanned copies of their documents along with the registration form for the exam while filling the application form.

Scanned photograph and signatures of the candidate.
Scanned copy of Class 10 Class Public Examination certificate for Name and proof of date of birth.
Scanned copy of 10+2 Class mark sheet (if already passed 10+2 examination).
Scanned copy of category certificate (SC/ ST/ OBC-NCL-Undertaking).
Scanned copy of PwD/ Dyslexia/ Scribe certificate, if applicable.

All these certificates need to be submitted in JPG/JPEG format. While uploading the photo and signature candidates need to keep the below mentioned details in mind:

Step 4: After filling the required details, uploading the documents and photographs, the next step is to pay the application fee. Payment can be done y means of Credit Card/Debit Card/Netbanking/ Indian Bank challan. Additional bank charges of INR 35 are also to be paid by candidates as when the need so arises.

Step 5: Submit HSEE application form

Once the aforementioned process has been filled, the candidate need to submit the HSEE application forms. On doing so, the candidate will be notified via sms or email-ID about their application status.

Candidates who have successfully applied and submitted the HSEE application form along with the application fee, can check their respective application status online on the official website of HSEE. The window to check the application status will be opened soon. Candidates will have to enter their login ID and their password in order to check the HSEE application status. Step 1: The candidate will have to visit the official website of HSEE 2022.

Step 2: On visiting the homepage of HSEE 2022, candidates will have to click on the link ‘Check HSEE Application Status 2022’.

Step 3: The candidate will have to enter their ‘login ID’ and ‘password’ to check the HSEE application status.

Step 4: On entering the details, the candidate can check whether their HSEE application has been approved or rejected.

Q. Can I submit the application form offline?

A. No. The candidate has to fill and submit the online application form on the official website of HSEE.

Q. What is the application fee for HSEE Exam?

A. The Application Fee for HSEE Exam is as follows: SC/ST/PwD –

All Others – INR 2,400

Q. Can I upload a black and white picture of myself on the application form?

A. The student has to upload a coloured passport-sized picture according to size and dimensions as mentioned on the HSEE application form.

Q. How do I know if my application form has been accepted?

A. Once the application window is over, IIT Madras will release a list which will contain the candidates who have been found eligible for the course. Students can check the application status there if they can proceed to give the HSEE exam.

Q. What documents have to be uploaded with the HSEE application form?

A. The student has to upload the following:

Class 10 Mark Sheet
Class 12 Mark Sheet
Caste Certificate (If Required)

Q. Can I pay the application fee offline?

A. Yes. The candidate can pay the application fee in online mode by visiting any branch of the Indian Bank. An e-challan will be generated and an e-challan number will be generated. The candidate has to submit the fee to the bank at least a week before the last date of submission.

Q. Can I select my own exam centre in the application form?

A. Yes. The candidate can select two cities as their exam centre in the application form.

Q. When are the HSEE application forms released?

A. The HSEE application form has been released on March 9 and the last date to apply for the exam was extended till June 5, 2022.

Q. Will I get a refund if decide to withdraw my application?

A. No. The application fee is non-refundable and will not be returned under any circumstance.
