The total fee of tuition for the BTech course at IIT BHU, especially for 4-year courses, is Rs. 8 lakh. The fee part of the BTech course also has different parts too, likewise the Mess Advance Charge, Registration/Enrolment, Campus Services, Medical, etc.

The ranking for the academic year 2026 is yet to be released. However, if we compre the IIT BHU NIRF ranking of BTech course for three-different academic year.
