Daulat Ram College is the best college for philosophy because our faculty is nice.
Placements: Around Two to three students from my batch are placed. The highest salary package offered ranges from 20 LPA-30 LPA and the lowest salary package offered ranges from 4 LPA - 5 LPA. Nation with NaMo in our course is the most recruiting company. Many students from my batch got internships, some are paid and some are unpaid. Several students are also in VCIS internships provided by Delhi University.
Infrastructure: In our department, we have fully furnished rooms with good quality cleaning services. We also have theater rooms and our college has a very big library. I really enjoyed my time in this college and it has very nice experience. We participate in many sports activities. In our first year, we have marathon and games like kabaddi, cricket, chess, etc.
Faculty: Teachers in our department, the Department of Philosophy are really good. They provide a quality understanding of the subject, making it easy to learn for exams. Exams are not too hard, but we can say they are moderate. This is all thanks to the excellent faculty in our college.

My college, teachers, seniors, and batchmates are the best I have ever found.
Placements: Our college provides placements to students in top companies. Even 45% of students are doing internships in companies like Namo Bharat, Tata, etc., from my course. I would say not all, but the majority of students get placements in top companies. The salary package offered is 20 LPA.
Infrastructure: Facilities and infrastructure of my college, I would say that I have the best facilities ever. Classrooms are very spacious and large, allowing us to focus on our studies perfectly. In our college, we have better classrooms with space, not like small rooms. They are equipped with air conditioners, fans, and best boards.

Dissatisfied with the fee structure, great faculty, low infrastructure and less facilities.
Placements: The Placement Society tries its best to provide us with all the internship opportunities and conducts placement fairs too, but the opportunities for placement for my particular course are next to negligible. People from our college do get placed, but it is often a matter of luck.
Infrastructure: The classrooms are sometimes not clean, and you have to remind the cleaners and ask them to clean. There is no such thing as Wi-Fi. The library is pretty good. Medical facilities are available. The canteen serves hygienic food. However, the sports facilities are not up to the mark.
Faculty: The faculty of the Philosophy Department is very friendly and helpful. The teachers provide us with all the materials, previous year question papers, and anything we need to prepare for the exams. The semester exams for this course are easy because there are a set number of questions only.
Other: The people here can be competitive and rude at times. But you will find really good friendships here too. The connectivity of the college to other colleges makes it more fun and easy to interact with other college students. But the fees, as compared to other colleges, is way too much and doesn’t make it 'affordable.'

Don't take admission to this college thinking it falls in the overhyped north campus.
Placements: Placements are mainly for B.Com and B.A. Eco. There are not many opportunities available for humanities students. Philosophy honors courses don't have a curriculum for practical experience. It is mostly theoretical. Humanities students are allowed to sit for placements if they have relevant skill sets.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is the biggest issue. We didn't have our department or classrooms. Sometimes, our classes were canceled because classrooms were not empty. Construction has been ongoing for the past 3 years, and no one knows when it will be completed. Once, we had our internals by standing in the corridors.
Faculty: Students have mixed opinions about faculty members. Some professors are good, but most of them are non-approachable. They take stress on more attendance. The philosophy department lacks professors. Teachers who are not comfortable with English are asked to teach students in English medium. Sometimes, department politics takes over the interest of students.
Other: I didn't like the crowd of our college. Our college is responsible for merely filling the seats and not filtering out the meritorious students. Professors are not proactive with society. Only students should be given credit for the achievements of college societies. One can point out corruption by looking at the infrastructure and the lack of faculty to teach students. DRC has its name for a few courses, but I don't think it's the best college for pursuing a course in philosophy. There is a reason why DRC is losing its NIRF ranking over the years.

Daulat Ram College offers an environment filled with competence for a student to grow.
Placements: The placement cell of the college, 'Vriddhi'—the placement cell is quite active. One of my friends who volunteered in the magnetic fields festival got the opportunity from highly cooperative teachers, teachers always ready to help the students. In the science stream and the commerce department, many students took part in the 'Job Mela'.
Infrastructure: The hostel infrastructure is highly commendable; it has everything a student needs; the hostel mess food is so good, as recommended by the hostel president (she's my friend); she told me that hostel food is so good, not like PG ones; the hostel is occupied with laundry, a TV room, a study room and others. The wi-fi facility is there; after 9 pm, no one goes outside, and the security of the girls is highly maintained.
Faculty: The faculty of the department are very helpful; they encourage students to study hard, and they help them wherever students feel any need. The faculty of other departments is also very good, and due to NEP, students also get the opportunity to interact with other students and the teachers.
Other: I'm pursuing a Bachelors in Philosophy, and my course offers a platform to think, enrich as a person, and evolve as a personality .

It depends upon the course you are looking for. Some courses offer separate entrance examination but others courses are distributed as per the individual cutoffs. You can fill University forms and check for the course you looking for.
