For admission to the MSc programme of IIT Gandhinagar, IIT JAM 2024 Application forms will be available for the aspirants to fill out from September 5, 2023. IIT Madras,  the examination conducting body of IIT JAM 2024 for the academic session 2024-2026 recently activated the IIT JAM 2024 official website and also released the information brochure and IIT JAM 2024 Web poster.

The information brochure mentioned the start of the online registration for MSc courses in reputed IITs and NITs from September 5, 2023. The last date for enrolling oneself for the IIT JAM 2024 examination is October 13, 2023. If the number of applicants for the IIT JAM 2024 examination is less, they might extend the last date of filling up IIT JAM 2024 application form.

Candidates seeking admission to IIT Gandhinagar for the MSc programme must meet the basic eligibility for the course which is a UG degree in any stream. Further, they need to apply for IIT-JAM by visiting the official website of its conducting body. Candidates seeking admission must have a valid score in IIT JAM exam, followed by CCMN counselling.

IIT Gandhinagr MSc cutoff 2024 has been released for Round 1, wherein, M.Sc. in Physics is the most competitive specialsiation with a closing rank of 340 for the General AII India category students. The least competitive MSc course is Mathematics with a cutoff rank of 391. So, candidates seeking admission to any of the MSc course must secure a rank upto 391 to be eligible for IIT Gandhinagar.

• BTech students from IITs who will graduate in 2023 or have graduated in 2022 with a CPI/ CGPA of not less than 6.0 at the end of their third and fourth year respectively are also eligible to apply
