NIT Delhi admission 2025 starts with the registration process for JEE Main January session. Admission to NIT Delhi is subject to various national-level entrance exams such as JEE Main and GATE. Consisting of six departments that offer BTech, MTech and PhD across various specialisations, the flagship programme of NIT Delhi is BTech which is offered across three specialisations. Among the General AI category candidates, the last round closing ranks varied between 6610 and 34683. Among the OBC AI category candidates, the cutoff for the same round fell between 2371 and 38294.

For NIT Delhi M.Tech admissions, GATE scores are a must. For candidates who wish to apply for the course through the centralised d CCMT (Centralized Counseling for M.Tech./M.Arch./M.Plan.) process., NIT Delhi follows the rules and regulations of the CCMT admission process that requires a valid score in the GATE entrance examination for admission in regular M.Tech PG programme.

NIT Delhi offers two-year M.Tech programmes with the following specializations: Analytics in Computer Science and Engineering, Power Electronics and Drives in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, VLSI in Electronics and Communication Engineering, and CAD/CAM in Mechanical Engineering. Students are admitted based on their GATE scores and through the CCMT counseling process. Each programme offers 15 regular seats and 2 seats for DASA students.

NIT Delhi Admissions 2023 are ongoing. NIT DelhiM.Tech2023 admissions are based on GATE score followed by CCMT counselling. CCMT Counselling 2023 registrations are open now and the application deadline is June 22, 2023. The round 1 seat allotment will be released on June 29, 2023. NIT Delhi BTech

NIT Delhi. Tech admissions are based on GATE entrance scores followed by CCMT Counselling. This two-year programme is offered across five specializations. Students who have completed their BE/ BTech degree in the relevant stream with a minimum of 55% aggregate are eligible to apply for the NIT Delhi
