Placements: Placement performance is impressive. Over 1,500+ students have already been placed including 96 companies visiting specifically for our department. Both IT and core companies actively recruit from the campus. The average package for core jobs is around 8 LPA while IT packages range from 9 LPA and above making it one of the best placement ratios among engineering colleges in Tamil Nadu.
Infrastructure: The college infrastructure is well maintained with fully equipped laboratories high speed Wi-Fi and library facilities. Classrooms are smart-enabled and suitable for teacher driven teaching. Students have access to innovation labs project rooms and dedicated space for R&D activities. Hostel facilities and hygiene standards are good and the overall campus life is vibrant and engaging.
Faculty: The department maintains a up-to-date industrial curriculum with weekly technical sessions and active learning methods. The faculty are knowledgeable and approachable and practical exposure is emphasized through regular lab sessions and project based learning. There is also strong support for self learning and peer discussions.
Other: The college conducts monthly events workshops technical symposiums and hackathons. Clubs like IEEE SDG Cell UBA (Unnat Bharat Abhiyan), and Innovation & Entrepreneurship cell actively function and help students upskill and connect with external ecosystem. Placements: Top companies like TCS digital, Ninja hire students from our college with highest salary package of 7.2 Lacs per annum and average salary package of 3.6 Lacs per annum. We may be able to get internship opportunities with the highest salary package of 6 Lacs per annum.
Infrastructure: All our laboratories are well maintained with all the necessary facilities. Neat spacious classrooms with hygienic environment are available. The food available in our canteen is served and prepared in a hygienic way. Also cultural events often occurs in our college.
Faculty: Our teachers were very strict but they are motivating and encouraging at all the times. They mostly preferred in taking interactive practical live sessions rather than classroom teaching. Questions in our exams were mostly based on application oriented.

I am satisfied with this college because of good infrastructure and facilities.
Placements: Placements were good till the previous year. The placement percentage was 99%. The highest salary package offered is 4 LPA. Mostly, all students in our department got internships in core organisations. Top roles offered are software developer, system trainee, pipeline supervisor, and instrumentation engineer.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is available for every lab. Hostels have good infrastructure for girls. Extraordinary support is given to sports and games. Medical facilities are up to the mark. The library is highly sophisticated, with a wide range of books.
Faculty: Teachers are well-experienced, but students must have their interests to upskill themselves. It is very easy to clear semester exams in our college. The pass percentage is 50%. Teachers are polite, humble, and well-experienced.
Other: I joined this college through TNEA counseling. I am familiar with the department and have a lot of exposure to circuits. There is nothing to be improved in this course. Events are conducted periodically.

Placements: Our college offers good placements. It trains students for placements. Top recruiters are Schneider, Siemens, Johnson and Co, L&T, Accenture, Sify Technology, Wipro, TCS, and startup companies.
Infrastructure: In our college, we have good infrastructure. There is a well-developed innovation lab, which is very useful for our project development. Hostels have good infrastructure and atmosphere. Hostel food is good. Vegetarian and non-vegetarian food items are served. The canteen is good.
Faculty: In our college, teachers are well-qualified and knowledgeable. The course curriculum makes students industry-ready. Semester exams are difficult in core-based subjects. They are easy when we understand the topics.
Other: I chose instrumentation and control engineering because of my interest in this field and to gain core knowledge. Students who aim to work in industry and core fields can choose this department.

Review of Sri Sairam Engineering College.
Placements: In every course, students will get placed in reputed companies. The lowest salary package offered is 3.5 LPA and the highest salary package is 8.5 LPA. Top recruiting companies are CTS, TCS, and Zoho. Till now, 80% of students have completed their internships.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is excellent. It has very comfortable environment for students. Hostels are very nice, and there are no compromises in the quality of food. Our college takes part in various sports activities and extracurricular activities.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful. If students have any issues, they will help them. The syllabus is relevant to the industry and GATE syllabus. If we use the facilities, we can crack the semester exam.
Other: Instrumentation students can get placements in both IT and industrial sectors. Our college conducts events like department symposiums, NSS, GRITIX, and club events. There are many clubs like the techno culture club, Maths club, and Muthamzih Mandram.
