Documents Required for TS EAMCET Application Form 2025
Below are the important documents that the students should keep ready to fill the application form online.
- TS online centre receipt (if payment is done through TS online centre).
- Credit/Debit card.
- 12th class certificates.
- Birth Certificate/ SSC or Equivalent Certificate.
- Local candidate certificate issued by MRO or Competent Authority.
- Income certificate issued by MRO/Competent Authority.
- Aadhaar Card.
- Caste certificate (if applicable).
How to Fill TS EAMCET 2025 Application Form?

Step 1: TS EAMCET 2025 Application Fee Payment - The application form of TS EAMCET 2025 will be available online on the official website of the exam. The first step of TS EAMCET application process is the fee payment. Candidates have to first make the payment of the application fee for TS EAMCET 2025 and then proceed to the next step of the application.

Step 2: Filling of TS EAMCET 2025 Application Form - After successfully paying the application fees, once candidates will pay the fee, they will have to register by filling the application form of TS EAMCET 2025. To fill the application form, candidates will have to enter their personal details, qualifying exam details, category, local area status, regional centre, and address for correspondence, study details and among others.
Step 3: Uploading of Photograph and Signature - Next, candidates will have to upload the scanned images of their photograph and signature in the prescribed format and dimension. The dimensions to upload the images are given below:

Step 4: Printout of TS EAMCET Application Form 2025 - All the candidates who have completed the application process must verify all the details entered in the application. For final submission, candidates must click on ‘Submit’ and then ‘Confirm’.
After submission, candidates must click on the ‘Print Application’ button to download and taking printouts of the submitted application form. Take printouts of the filled-in application form and keep it safe for future use. The registration number will also be displayed on the screen. Candidates must note their TS EAMCET registration number for future reference.
TS EAMCET 2025 Application Form Correction Window
TS EAMCET 2025 Application Form Correction Window has been activated by JNTU Hyderabad at the official website. Candidates who wish to modify their application data will be allowed to rectify their mistakes in the filled TS EAMCET 2025 application form. Candidates who have paid the fee and have not submitted the application will be able to do corrections only after the final submission of the application form.
