JEE Advanced 2026 Admit Card: IIT Roorkee is expected to hold JEE Advanced 2026 and will release the JEE Advanced admit card 2026 in the second week of May 2026. The JEE Advanced admit card will be issued under the JEE Advanced login at jeeadv.ac.in only to those candidates who will complete their registration by the deadline. The JEE Advanced 2026 admit card date will be notified with the complete schedule of the exam.

To download the JEE Advanced hall ticket, candidates have to use their JEE Main 2026 application number and date of birth. The candidates will be able to download the JEE Advanced admit card until the exam day from the official website. JEE Advanced 2026 Admit Card Download Link

The JEE Advanced admit card will contain important details such as the exam date, time, reporting time, JEE Advanced 2026 exam centre address, and other instructions for the exam day. Candidates must not forget to take a printout of their downloaded admit card and bring it along with a valid original photo identity card to the exam centre. Acceptable forms of photo ID include Aadhaar Card, School/College/Institute ID, Driving License, Voter ID, Passport, PAN Card, and Notarised Certificate with a photograph. Step 1: Go to the official website,  jeeadv.ac.in.

Step 2: Now, look for the JEE Advanced 2026 admit card download link, or visit the JEE Advanced 2026 login.

Step 3: After that, on the open login screen, enter the JEE Main 2026 application number and date of birth.

While doenloading the JEE Advanced 2026 admit card you might face some issues:

  • Site error: The website may face error as many candidates will be downlod the JEE Advanced admit card at the same time. Do not panic, just try again after some time or try when the peak hours are over like at night or early morning. Also, check your internet connection.
  • Login issues: Some candidates forget their login details or enter wrong login details. In such case, cross chjeck your login details and try again. Also, check your internet connection.
  • Admit card is not available under the login: If your admit card is not available under the login, please contact the zonal IIT.

What to Do in Case of Error in JEE Advanced Admit Card?

Candidates should carefully examine the entries on the admit card and in case of any discrepancy, they should contact the Chairperson, JEE (Advanced) 2026 of the respective Zonal coordinating IIT. Also, in case of any problem in downloading the admit card, the candidate should immediately contact the Zonal Chairperson, JEE (Advanced) 2026.

JEE Advanced 2026 Exam Day Instructions and Dress Code

Check important JEE Advanced 2026 exam day instructions below:

Instructions related t reporting at JEE Advanced centre:

  • Check the JEE Advanced exam repoprting time on the admit card and reach the centre accordingly. Leave your home well in advance to avoid traffic and other unseen circumstances.
  • Candifates will not be allowed inside the exam centre after the gate closing time.
  • There are currently no COVID-19-related restrictions issued by the Government of India, but any updates will be communicated via the JEE (Advanced) 2026 website.

Exam hall entry related:

  • All candidates must have a printed copy of their downloaded admit card and a valid original photo identity card (such as Aadhaar Card, School/College/Institute ID, Driving License, Voter ID, Passport, PAN Card, or Notarised Certificate with photograph) with them for the examination. Only those with both documents will be permitted to write the exam.
  • The candidate's identity will be verified by invigilators and IIT representatives at the examination centre.
  • Candidates found using scamming in the exam centre like impersonating andusing unfair means will be debarred.
  • All candidates will undergo extensive frisking before entering the examination centre, with specific instructions provided by JEE (Advanced) 2026 regarding frisking, especially for female candidates.

Inside the exam hall:

  • Inside the examination hall, only pens, pencils, transparent bottles of drinking water, the downloaded admit card, and an original photo identity card are allowed. Items such as watches, mobile phones, Bluetooth devices, and electronic gadgets arenot allowed under any condition, along with any papers, writing materials, calculators, or bags.
  • Candidates are advised against wearing items containing metals or charms and are encouraged to wear open footwear like chappals or sandals. Any item that could be used for unfair means or to hide communication devices is not allowed.
  • Candidates must remain present in the examination hall for the entire duration of each paper and cannot leave before the specified time.
  • Appearing in both Paper 1 and Paper 2 is mandatory for evaluation/grading.

JEE Advanced 2026 Dress Code

As per the instructions, the candidates must not wear any of these items at the JEE Advanced exam centre:

  • Charm/taweez
  • Items containing metals such as rings, bracelets, earrings, nose pins, chains/necklaces, pendants, badges, brooches, clothes with big buttons
  • They are also advised to wear open footwear like chappals and sandals

No, your candidature will be rejected as you need to have minimum of 75% in class 12 to be eligible for admisison to the IITs, NIT, IIITs and GFTIs via the JoSAA counselling.
