AP TET exam pattern 2022 has been prescribed by the Department of School Education, Government of Andhra Pradesh. The AP TET exam is conducted for two papers- Paper 1 and Paper 2. The APTET 2022 Paper 1 is for candidates who want to teach Classes 1 to 5 and Paper 2 is for candidates who want to teach Classes 6 to 8. Candidates who intend to teach Classes 1 to 8 need to appear for both papers of the AP TET (Paper 1 and Paper 2). Furthermore, both papers are divided into two parts- Part A and B. As per the exam pattern of the AP TET 2022, the paper comprises objective-type multiple-choice questions (MCQs). Each question carries one mark. There is no negative
marking in the exam.

Note: The AP TET question paper 2022 will be bilingual, that is, the questions will be given in English language as well as in the Language-I selected by candidates, except in case of Sanskrit. How to choose Language–I of APTET Paper 1?

The following languages are offered under the Language-I - Telugu, Urdu, Hindi, Kannada, Tamil and Odiya. A Candidate has to choose one of these 6 Languages under Language-I of TET. Candidates should have compulsorily studied this Language either as a medium of study or as First Language at least up to Class X. The candidates who studied CBSE/ ICSE curriculum can choose the Language which they studied up to Class X.
