Yes, there is a fee for raising objections against the CTET answer key. To raise an objection against the CTET provisional answer key, candidates need to pay INR 1,000 per challenge as a fee in online mode through - Credit/Debit Card. If the challenge is accepted by the subject matter experts, then the fee will be refunded to the concerned credit/ debit card account.

The CTET OMR sheet is released by the CBSE after the declaration of results. Candidates who want to get their CTET OMR sheet along with the calculation sheet need to apply for the same by paying a fee of INR 500. The CTET result is not released based on the provisional answer key. The CTET final answer key is the basis for result declaration. The CBSE announced the result based on the final corrected answers given by subject matter experts after analyzing the objections.

First, CBSE releases the provisional answer key to accept challenges or objections against any incorrect or faulty answer. The CTET exam is valid for life. Until 2021, the CTET eligibility Certificate was valid for a period of seven years starting from the date of declaration of result.
