IBPS Clerk Application Form 2025: The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) has activated the IBPS Clerk application form correction window on September 2, 2025. Candidates can correct the details entered in the application form till tomorrow (September 3, 2025). IBPS Clerk application form filling window closed on August 28, 2025. The apply online link was activated on August 1, 2025. 

The application fees for the IBPS Clerk exam are INR 850 for General and OBC candidates and INR 175 for SC/ST/PWD categories. The application fees can be paid online. IBPS Clerk notification pdf was released to fill up a total of 10277 vacancies.

The age limit prescribed for the IBPS Clerk exam is between 20 and 28 years. The educational qualification prescribed for the exam is a Graduation. IBPS Clerk exam dates have been announced.

The preliminary exam of IBPS Clerk 2025 will be conducted on October 4, 5 and 11, 2025. The mains exam will be conducted on November 29, 2025. Read below for more details on the IBPS Clerk Application Form 2025.

How to fill IBPS Clerk Application Form 2025?

Candidates should follow the steps below to fill out the IBPS Clerk registration form.

Documents Required for IBPS Clerk Apply Online

  •  Scanned photograph and signature
  •  Left thumb impression (LTI)
  •  Bank details for online transaction
  •  Valid email ID
  •  Handwritten declaration

Step 1: IBPS Clerk Online Registration

  • Visit the official website
  • Select the option 'IBPS Clerk apply online' on the home page of IBPS 
  • To register, click ‘New Registration’ link
  • Enter the details such as post name, name, mobile number, email ID, and security code
  • After successful completion, the registration number and password of IBPS Clerk are generated
  • Candidates receive the registration number and password on their registered email ID and mobile number

Step 2: Upload Photograph & Signature

In the next step, candidates are required to upload scanned images of photograph and signature. The specifications for uploading the photograph and signature are given below.

Step 4: Previewing IBPS Clerk Application Form

Before final submission, candidates should preview their IBPS Clerk application forms. In case candidates come across any mismatch in the details, they should correct those errors before final submission. After the final submission of application form, candidates are not allowed to make changes to the details. Candidates should also agree to the terms and conditions by clicking the required checkboxes and submitting the application form.

Step 5: Uploading Left Thumb Impression and Handwritten Declaration

Candidates must upload their left thumb impression and handwritten declaration as per the specifications given below.

  • Select the file by clicking on it
  • Click the open/upload
  • Preview of the uploaded image will help to see the quality of the image

Step 6: Fee payment

The payment can be done by using debit cards/credit cards, internet banking, IMPS, cash cards/mobile wallets. The fee structure is given below.

On successful completion of the transaction, an e-receipt is generated. Candidates can take a printout of the e-receipt and online IBPS Clerk application form.

IBPS Clerk Handwritten Declaration

While filling IBPS Clerk application form, candidates need to upload IBPS Clerk handwritten declaration. By uploading the handwritten declaration, candidates declare that the details furnished in the application form are correct and valid. The text for the handwritten declaration is given below:

The text for the handwritten declaration – “I, _______ (Name of the candidate), hereby declare that all the information submitted by me in the application form is correct, true and valid. I will present the supporting documents as and when required.”

The steps to upload the IBPS Clerk handwritten declaration are given below:

  • Click on the link to upload the 'IBPS Clerk Handwritten Declaration'
  • Browse and select the location where the handwritten declaration has been saved
  • Select the file by clicking on it
  • Click the 'Open/Upload'
  • Preview of the uploaded image 
  • Upload the image

  • Only online applications are accepted for the IBPS Clerk Recruitment Exam
  • If the online transaction is incomplete, candidates are advised to log in and pay the fees again
  • IBPS Clerk application form without the passport-size photograph, signature, and fee is not considered valid
  • Before filling out the application form, candidates must ensure that they fulfil the eligibility criteria, which is Graduation
  • Providing an Aadhaar number is optional

IBPS Clerk 2025 prelims admit card was released on September 24, 2025. The Mains admit card will be released in November. Candidates can download their admit cards online only by logging with the required credentials.
