SBI Application Form 2025: The registration window for the SBI Clerk exam 2025 was closed on August 26, 2025. The application link was activated on August 6 to fill up a total of 6589 vacancies.
The State Bank of India (SBI) announced the SBI PO application form 2025-26 on June 24, 2025 to fill up a total of 541 vacancies. The last date to fill SBI PO application form was July 14, 2025. Last date to pay the application fee was July 14, 2025.
For the SBI Application process, candidates are required to have a valid email ID and mobile number while registering themselves online through the Bank’s official website. Applicants should fill out the SBI exam form once they are fully aware of the exam pattern, SBI syllabus, eligibility criteria, and SBI exam dates before they decide to take up any of the SBI online exams.

SBI Application Form 2025
SBI application form needs to be filled online only. The application process for SBI Exam comprises several stages-registration, uploading the photograph & signature, filling the detailed application form, previewing of application form, uploading left thumb impression & handwritten declaration, paying the application fee and submitting the application form. The application fee can be paid online. SBI PO application fees are INR 750 for General/EWS/OBC categories and SC/ST/PWD categories are exempted from fee payment. How to Fill SBI Application Form 2025?
The steps to fill out the application form for SBI are given below:
Step 1: SBI Registration
- Visit the careers page of SBI
- Click the ‘New Registration link’ on the home page of SBI
- Enter name, phone number, email id, and security code
- After successful registration, the registration number and password are generated
Step 2: Upload photograph and signature
After this, candidates need to upload scanned images of their photographs and signatures. The specifications and dimensions for uploading the signature and photograph are given below.

Step 3: Filling the application form
- Fill in the basic details such as circle, state, official language, category, nationality, centre for preliminary and mains exams, etc.
- Enter the date of birth, gender, father's name or mother's name, address, etc.
- Enter the educational qualification and work experience details.
Step 4: Preview the application form
Before final submission, candidates must preview the application form and make necessary changes in the details (if required). After the final submission, candidates are not allowed to edit the details.
Step 5: Fee payment
Pay the application fee through the online payment gateway. The structure of the application fee is given below:

Candidates get the blank or zero registration number in case of any technical glitch. Candidates need to fill the application form online only. There is no other means of submitting the application form. SBI Clerk application form fee is INR 750 for the General and OBC categories.
