SBI Clerk Salary 2025
The starting SBI Clerk salary is INR 17,900 per month. This includes the basic pay along with two advance increments for graduates. The payscale as per SBI Clerk salary is INR 24050-1340/3-28070-1650/3-33020-2000/4-41020-2340/7-57400-4400/1-61800-2680/1-64480. After deduction, the in-hand SBI Clerk salary is INR 42327. Candidates are also entitled to various perks and allowances. The gross SBI Clerk salary is INR 46000.
SBI Clerk Perks and Allowances
SBI Clerk salary and growth opportunities in SBI are immense, as a result of which lakhs of candidates apply for the SBI Clerk exam. Following the 11th Bipartite Settlement, SBI Clerk salary will increase by INR 3000 to 4000. Allowances vary depending on the place of posting. According to SBI PO notification, the starting basic pay has been revised to INR 48,480 (Plus four advance increments). SBI PO payscale is INR48480-2000/7-62480-2340/2-67160-2680/7-85920 which applies to Junior Management Grade Scale-I. Candidates are eligible for DA, HRA, CCA, PF, Contributory Pension Fund i.e., NPS, LFC, Medical Facility, Lease rental facility, etc., and other allowances & perquisites as per rules in force from time to time. The approximate CTC at the initial scale of pay at the Mumbai Centre is INR 18.67 Lakh. Apart from the basic pay, candidates are also entitled to the following allowances.
