Yes, there will be the SSC GD Constable exam in 2026. The Commission has notified the tentative dates for the conduct of the Constable (GD) in CAPFs, SSF and Rifleman (GD) in Assam Rifles and Sepoy in Narcotics Control Bureau Examination, 2026. The SSC GD Constable 2026 recruitment exam will be held in January-February 2026. The SSC GD 2026 notification will be released in October 2025.

The SSC GD Physical Test 2025 will be conducted from August 20 to September 12, 2025. SSC GD recruitment is done in total eight forces. For the post of Constable (GD), the recruitment is done in Border Security Force (BSF), Central Industrial Security Force (CISF), Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF), Indo Tibetan Border Police (ITBP), Sashastra Seema Bal (SSB), Assam Rifles (AR), Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) and Secretariat Security Force (SSF). For the post of Rifleman (GD), recruitment is done in Assam Rifles and Sepoy is posted in the NCB.
