SSC GD 2025-26: Physical Result OUT, Exam Date, Notification, Application Form & Eligibility

The SSC GD minimum qualifying marks or the passing marks differ for reserved and unreserved category candidates. The passing marks for the SSC GD Constable exam are as follows:

Candidates must be of minimum 18 years of age in order to be eligible for SSC GD exam. The upper SSC GD age limit is 23 years. However, the Commission provides a relaxation in the upper age limit for all the reserved categories such as OBC, SC, ST, ExS and others. The SSC GD exam is conducted online in Computer-Based Examination (CBE) mode. On the other hand, the SSC GD Physical Efficiency Test (PET) and Physical Standard Test (PST) is conducted offline as it involves physical test. The SSC GD physical test is conducted by the Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) on behalf of the CAPFs to test the physical eligibility of candidates.

The SSC GD merit list contains the following details:

• Rank of candidates based on their merit in the online CBE exam
• Names of shortlisted candidates
• Roll numbers of shortlisted candidates

 

The SSC GD exam is conducted for a 60-minute duration. Candidates are not given more time to complete the exam.
