AIBE 21 Registration 2026: Apply Online, Dates, Fees, Eligibility

AIBE 21 Registration 2026: The Bar Council of India (BCI) has begun the AIBE 21 Registration Process 2026 online. Candidates must fill out the AIBE 21 Registration Form 2026 on or before the last date. As per the AIBE 21 Exam Schedule 2026the AIBE Application Form is available at allindiabarexamination.com. The AIBE 21 registration last date is April 30, 2026. Candidates must note that once the AIBE Application Last Date is over, no request will be accepted.

The BCI has released the AIBE 21 Notification 2026.  As per the notice, the AIBE 21 Exam 2026 will be held on June 7, 2026. The BCI released all the AIBE 2026 registration dates .Only those candidates who complete the registration on time will be issued the  AIBE Hall Ticket. Qualifying exam

Minimum marks in qualifying exam

The BCI mentions no minimum marks are required for appearing in the AIBE exam. However,  a candidate must secure a minimum percentage or grades in their law degree as prescribed by universities for further education. 

Age limit for AIBE exam

There is no upper or lower age limit for appearing in the All India Bar Examination. 

State Bar Council Registration/Enrollment 

A candidate must be registered with their State Bar Councils as an Advocate. As State Bar Council enrollment is mandatory for AIBE eligibility. 

Candidates not enrolled as an advocate with the SBC, will not be able to apply for AIBE XXI 2026-27

Q:   Can I practice in court without clearing AIBE Exam?
A: 

No. As per the BCI rules, candidates can not practice in the court of law until they have a certificate of practice. The CoP will be issued only to those who clear the AIBE Exam.

AIBE 21 Eligibility Criteria 2026

To fill the AIBE 21 application form 2026, candidates must meet the eligibility requirements. In case you fail to fulfil the AIBE 21 Eligibility Criteria, the BCI will reject your application form.

How to Fill AIBE 21 Registration Form?

Candidates can know how to fill the AIBE 21 Application Form 2026 below

  • Go to the allindiabarexamination.com
  • Click on the register link displayed on the screen
  • Enter all the required details such as enrollment state, enrollment number, name, mobile number, etc.
  • Enter your personal details
  • Choose the language in which you wish to appear for the AIBE 21 Exam
  • Submit the application form
  • You will receive the registration ID and password on your email id and phone number
  • Relogin and submit the AIBE 20 application fee

AIBE 21 Application Correction Window 2026

Candidates can follow the simple steps given below to make corrections in the AIBE application form. The AIBE 21 Application Correction Window 2026 will remain open for atleast two days. Candidates must ensure that they make the required changes before the deadline.

  • Go to the website of AIBE; i.e. allindiabarexamination.com.
  • Click on the tab 'AIBE 21 (XXI) 202 Correction Window'.
  • Log in with the AIBE XXI 2026 registration credentials.
  • Click on the tab ‘Correction in Application Form’.
  • Enter the OTP received on the registered mobile number and email, and click on the ‘Verify and Proceed’ tab.
  • Make the necessary changes, provided the fields are editable and allowed for the candidates based on their Aadhaar verification status.
  • Click on Save.
  • Download the updated Application Confirmation form.

No, the exam pattern of AIBE did not face changes this year. The exam will be held for 3 hours duration. Candidates will be asked 100 MCQ based questions.

No, you can not appear for AIBE Exam if you don't have a hall ticket. AIBE Exam is conducted in pen-and-paper mode. Candidates can not appear in any other mode. Candidates can print the admit card by visiting allindiabarexamination.com in case they loose their hall ticket.

The AIBE syllabus is considered moderate in difficulty, focusing on fundamental legal concepts rather than complex, specialised knowledge. However, since it is no more the open-book exam, candidates have huge syllabus to cover.
