Yes, Bare Acts will be permitted in the AIBE 20 (XX) exam. The Bar Council of India (BCI) will allow Bare Acts without short notes. Candidates should adhere to the following guidelines regarding the Bare Acts:
- Bare Acts without Short Notes (First Preference)
- Photocopies of Bare Acts without Short Notes
- Downloaded/Printed Copies of Bare Acts without Short Notes
- Bare Acts with Short Notes or Minimal Notes (If Bare Acts without notes are unavailable)
Important Note: Candidates must ensure that no markings or notes are written on the Bare Act or its copies. Any such writing will result in the Bare Act being disallowed in the exam, and the candidate will be asked to leave it outside the examination hall. Candidates will not be allowed to carry the text books to the exam hall.
