PU-CET (PG) 2020 registration extended; exam dates revised
Panjab University has released a revised schedule for PU-CET (PG) 2020 exam. Read on for more details.
The registration deadline for PU-CET (PG) exam has been extended to September 07, 2020. In its latest notification, Panjab University has revised the entire schedule for PU-CET (PG) exam. Interested candidates can visit the official website of the varsity to register for exam. The entrance exam has been rescheduled to October 10 and 11, 2020. Earlier, the registration process was scheduled to end on July 07 and the exam was scheduled on July 27 and 28. The entrance exam will be held in offline mode at Chandigarh Ludhiana, Hoshiarpur and Muktsar. Read on to know the application process, application fee and eligibility criteria.

PU-CET (PG) 2020: How to Apply
Candidates should follow the steps mentioned below for PU-CET (PG) registration
- Visit the official website of Panjab University
- Register with details such as name, phone number, email id and Date of Birth
- Create Login ID and password received
- Download SBI bank challan
- Pay application fee in any SBI Branch
- Once this is done, upload a scanned copy of photograph and signature
- Check all the information filled
- Select save and confirm
- Take a printout for future reference
Note: Candidates opting for online payment mode can pat the application fees using debit card/credit card /net banking.

PU-CET (PG) 2020: Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's degree with at least 50% marks from a recognized University
- Candidates awaiting final year result can also apply provided they produce the passing certificate at the time of admission
- Candidates belonging to SC, ST, OBC and PwD categories can avail reservation benefits in accordance with the varsity's guidelines

In case of vacant seats, they are not filled by any additional rounds. Instead they are shifted to affiliated college in any of the course. The shifting of seats is decided by committee assigned by the Dean Postgraduate Studies.
