The AIAPGET (All India AYUSH Post Graduate Entrance Test) will be conducted on August 22, 2026 by the National Testing Agency (NTA) in online mode. AIAPGET 2026 will be conducted in CBT (Computer-Based Test) format. The exam will be held in two shifts. The first exam shift will be conducted for Ayurveda from 10:00 AM to 12:00 Noon; on the other hand, the second exam shift will take place for Homoeopathy, Siddha, and Unani from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM.

The AIAPGET exam will have a time duration of two hours in online mode. Candidates must arrive at least 120 minutes prior to the commencement of the examination and gate closing. The AIAPGET 2026 will be conducted in 122 examination centres across the nation. Each state will have some exam centres for candidates. The total marks for the AIAPGET 2026 is 480 marks.

AIAPGET 2026 Exam Pattern, Negative Marking
The AIAPGET 2026 exam will consist of a total of 120 MCQs (Multiple Choice Questions) carrying a total of 480 marks. Candidates must note that there will be a negative marking of -1 for every incorrect answer. Also, +4 marks will be awarded for every correct response; no marks will be awarded and deducted for the unattempted questions by the candidates. Candidates must go through the AIAPGET previous years' question papers to understand the examination pattern. Candidates will be provided 2 hours to complete the exam.

The candidates must attain the minimum passing criteria i.e 50 per cent in the AIAPGET 2026 exam. Candidates have to achieve at least 65 to 70 per cent in the exam to be eligible for a desirable course and institute. Candidates are advised to prepare strategically. All the Best.
