INI CET Nov 2025 date has been released by AIIMS, November 9, 2025. Candidates can register online and submit application form for INI CET Nov 2025 till October 21, 2025. Other dates and details including application, admit card, pattern have been released. Candidates have to complete basic and final registration to submit application form.
INI CET Nov 2025 date for the January session has been announced, i.e, November 9, 2025. The exam will be held in computer-based mode at designated test centres across the country. The basic registration for INI CET Nov 2025 started on September 30, 2025, in online mode. Students can register for INI CET November 2025 till October 21, 2025. Applicants can check INI CET Registraton 2025 link given below on the page. The application correction can be done between October 24 to 26, 2025. After the registration is over, authorities will release the INI CET Nov admit card on November 1, 2025.

A good number of questions were asked from topics such as Biochemistry, Surgury, Microbiology etc. There were few questions from OBS Gynae, Ortho etc. Questions were one liner and concept based as well. There were some repeated questions as well. The overall difficulty level of the INI CET 2025 July session question paper was moderate.
AIIMS releases INI CET pattern along with the information brochure. The question paper pattern comprises details about the mode, medium of the exam, total number of questions asked, type of questions, allotted time, and marking scheme. INI CET exam is held in computer-based mode in English medium. According to INI CET 2025 paper pattern, a total of 200 multiple choice questions are asked and candidates get 3 hours to answer them. Candidates get 1 mark for every right answer while -1/3 for every wrong answer. It must be noted that the official question paper and answer key are not released for INI CET exam.
INI CET Nov 2025 Registration
Registration for INI CET November 2025 has started. The application process for INI CET comprises basic and final registration. Basic registration is mandatory to complete final registration, the last leg of the application form process of INI CET exam. Another important part of the application process is generation of Exam Unique Code (EUC). Those who complete basic registration can generate EUC and proceed for the final registration. Candidates have to provide basic details such as name, date of birth, email ID, mobile number etc and upload scanned images to complete basic registration form.
Steps to complete INI CET Nov 2025 application form process
- Visit the official website of AIIMS, aiimsexams.ac.in and select academic courses
- Click basic registration form and enter details such as name, date of birth, email Id etc.
- Click on ‘Generate registration ID and password’
- After successful registration, system generated registration ID and password will be generated
- The credentials will be sent on registered email and mobile number
- Login with the above mentioned credentials and fill rest of details in the application form
- Upload scanned images of photograph, signature and thumb impression and submit basic registration form
- Login again and generate EUC by selecting desired course
- For final registration, login with EUC code and fill academic details, medium of exam, choose exam centre and pay exam fee
- Candidates are advised to save and print the payment receipt
INI CET Nov 2025 Syllabus
AIIMS doesn’t release word by word syllabus for INI CET exam. The syllabus mainly comprises subjects and topics covered during MBBS course. INI CET 2025 syllabus for November exam comprises three sections, clinical, pre clinical and para clinical.

INI CET 2025 November Exam Pattern
INI CET 2025 November exam pattern was released along with the official brochure by AIIMS. The exam pattern comprises crucial details including mode, medium, total number of questions and their type, marking scheme etc. As per the existing pattern, INI CET Nov 2025 exam will be held in computer-based mode. The mode of the exam will be English. A total of 200 multiple choice questions will be asked and candidates will get 3 hours to answer them. Total marks of the exam will be 800. It must be noted, there is a provision of negative marking in IN CET exam, that is the reason candidates are advised to answer only those questions where they feel confident of right answer otherwise negative marking may reduce the overall score.
INI CET November 2025 Preparation Tips
In order to score top rank in INI CET Nov 2025 exam, candidates should pay heed to some preparation tips as suggested by experts. Some of them have been enlisted below:
Yes, there will be negative marking in INI CET 2025 exam. According to INI CET pattern, -1/3 mark will be deducted for every wrong answer. For right answer, +1 mark will be awarded to candidates. Candidates are advised to answer only those questions where they feel confident of answer as negative marking may put toll on overall score. INI CET 2025 July session is scheduled to be held on May 18 in computer-based mode. Registration for INI CET 2025 July will begin most likley in the third week of March 2025.
INI CET exam format is 200 multiple choice questions and total allotted time is 3 hours. The exam is held in computer-based mode once a year. The meium of INI CET exam is English only. AIIMS releases INI CET pattern along with the official information brochure. The exam pattern comprises details such as mode and medium, total number of questions, allotted time, marking scheme etc. According to the existing marking scheme, candidates will get +1 mark for right answer and -1/3 for each wrong response. Due to negative marking, candidates are advised to attempt only questions where they feel confident of correct response.
INI CET 2025 exam had 200 objective questions with single and multiple correct answers. The questions paper was divided into 4 section of 50 questions each. Candidates was provided 45 minutes each to solve each section. Candidates were given total three hours to answer the question paper. AIIMS will declare INI CET 2025 result on May 24.
- Try to cover the whole syllabus at least a month before exam
- Make a strategic plan, allocating specific number of hours to cover each subject
- Focus on concept building as superficial reading may not help you
- As maximum subjects are of MBBS, candidates should prepare hand written notes of each subject in class
- Identify your weak areas and work on it in strategic manner
- Prepare high weightage subjects first and so that your confidence level gets a boost
- Appear in mock test and do analyze the result every time
- Complete at least two revisions before exam day
INI CET 2025 November Admit card
INI CET Nov 2025 admit card will be released for candidates who apply successfully and fulfill eligibility criteria. The admit card will be uploaded online tentatively in the first week of November 2025. It must be noted, AIIMS will not send INI CET admit card to individual candidates but they will have to download it with login credentials. The admit card contains important details including name and address of INI CET 2025 November exam centre. Candidates must carry the admit card along with the other crucial documents to exam centre. INI CET admit card can be downloaded free of cost any number of times from the official website.
INI CET 2025 November Result
INI CET result will be released online for those who appeared for the exam. The result will be uploaded in PDF format on November 15, 2025. It must be noted candidates will have to score the minimum cut off to qualify for INI CET exam. The qualifying cut off varies as per the category. For general category, the qualifying cut off is 50 percentiles while for SC/ST, it is 45th. Those who qualify in the exam will have to participate in the counselling process for seat allotment. AIIMS conducts online counselling process for seat allocation. Candidates will have to register and declare choice for college and course to participate in INI CET seat allocation process.
INI CET Nov 2025 Counselling
A total of 4 rounds of counselling for INI CET Nov 2025 will be held for seat allotment including mock round. Candidates will have to qualify INI CET 2025 November exam with minimum cutoff to participate in INI CET Nov counselling 2025. Mock round INI CET counselling will begin most likley in the last week of December 2025.
