The Kerala NEET PG 2025 Counselling Merit List includes 5,884 candidates, out of which 34 are withheld. Kerala NEET PG Counselling 2025 registration process was conducted from September 10, 2025, to September 30, 2025, 5 PM. Originally, the last date of registration was September 22, 2025, which was extended by eight days. A list of 967 defective applications was released, who had to submit their correct documents by October 27, 2025.
Kerala NEET PG Counselling is conducted for admission to MD, MS, MDS and Postgraduate medical diploma programmes through NEET PG 2025 scores for the 50 per cent State Quota seats. There will be four to five rounds of Kerala NEET PG Counselling 2025. Only those candidates who passed the NEET PG 2025 are eligible to participate in the Kerala NEET PG 2025 counselling process.

No, the counselling of Kerala NEET PG will be for admission to the 50 per cent state quota seats of the medical colleges located in this state. Admission to the AIQ quota seats will be through MCC NEET PG counselling.
The Kerala NEET PG counselling 2025 registration was started by the Commissioner of Entrance Examinations (CEE) Kerala on September 11, 2025, and the last date of registration is September 30, 2025. As of now, no other dates for Kerala NEET PG Counselling 2025 have been announced. The NEET PG 2025 exam was conducted on August 3, 2025, and the result was declared on August 19, 2025. Kerala PG Medical Counselling 2025: Eligibility Criteria
Candidates who wish to participate in the counselling of Kerala NEET PG 2025 must satisfy the criteria set by CEE. Only those candidates who fulfil the following eligibility requirements will be able to Kerala PG medical counselling
Nationality and Domicile
- Candidate must be a citizen of India
- He/she must be domiciled in Kerala
- OCI/PIO candidates with roots in Kerala can also apply for counselling
- Candidates who are not domiciled in Kerala, but have completed their MBBS degree from an institute in Kerala can apply for the counselling. However, such candidates will not be eligible for communal/special reservations.
Academic Qualification
- The candidate must have completed MBBS from an institute recognised by the Medical Council of India (MCI)
- He/she must have completed the internship or scheduled to complete it within the stipulated date as stated by MCI
- He/she must be registered with the Medical Council of India/State Medical Council
Age
There is no Upper age limit for admission to PG Medical courses 2025 with the following exceptions.
i. For Medical Education service quota candidates, the upper age limit will be 49 years as of the last day of the year.
ii. For Health service quota and Insurance Medical service quota candidates, the upper age limit will be 47 years as of the last date of the year.

Kerala NEET PG Counselling 2025: The Process
To get admission through Kerala NEET PG 2025 counselling, candidates have to register and submit the application form online. Based on registration, CEE Kerala will publish the rank list and category list, which are also referred to as merit list. Candidates whose names will be included in the rank list will be eligible to participate in Kerala NEET PG counselling 2025. Seats will be allotted based on NEET PG 2025 state rank and choices filled by candidates. Here we bring the Kerala NEET PG counselling process.
How to apply for Kerala PG Medical 2025 counselling?
Candidates who qualified for NEET PG 2025 and are willing to participate in the counselling of Kerala NEET PG 2025 must register themselves on the official website of CEE. Candidates must note that the application forms for Kerala NEET PG counselling 2025 are not available offline, at any medical college or the office of CEE. Also, candidates do not have to send copies of the filled application form to the office of CEE.
Steps to fill the application form for Kerala NEET PG 2025 counselling
Registration:
- Go to the official website of CEE-cee.kerala.gov.in
- Click on ‘PG Medical 2025-Online Application’
- Enter NEET PG 2025 application number and date of birth
- Enter your mobile number and create a password
- System generates a unique application number (must be noted for future use)
Filling the application form:
- Login again using the application number and password
- Fill the details in the application form
- Candidates must fill the details carefully
- Save the details regularly
- Check all the details before submitting the application
- Candidates will not be able to modify any details after choosing ‘Save and Finalise’
Pay the application fee:
- Application fee for Kerala NEET PG counselling 2025 can be paid online or offline, as per the choice of the candidate. If a candidate chooses to pay the application fee online, he/she can use a debit card/credit card/net banking to pay the fee.
- Those who want to pay the application fee offline can choose to pay the same through an e-challan. Candidates have to carry a copy of the e-challan and the application fee, in cash, to the nearest Head/Sub Post office located in Kerala.
- After paying the application fee for NEET PG 2025 counselling, candidates must login to the registered account on the official website of CEE. He/she must check whether or not the status of payment has been updated by clicking on the ‘Pay application fee’ tab.

What is the Kerala NEET PG Merit List?
CEE prepares the rank list of all the candidates who register for the counselling of Kerala NEET PG 2025. This rank list is prepared on the basis of the marks obtained in NEET PG 2025. The rank of a candidate in the merit list of Kerala will be used while preparing the seat allotment list. The rank list for Kerala NEET PG 2025 counselling will be displayed on the official website of CEE. One must note that only those candidates who have been included in this list will be eligible to participate in Kerala PG medical 2025 counselling.
The Centralised Admission Process (CAP)
Candidates who will be included in the state merit list can proceed to the next step-choice filling. Candidates need to choose the desired specialities/colleges as per their ranks by logging into their registered accounts. CEE will prepare the seat allotment list basis the choices filled by the candidates and their ranks as per the state merit list of Kerala NEET PG 2025 counselling.
Reporting to the allocated institute
Candidates who will be allocated a seat in CAP have to confirm whether or not they want to retain the seat allotted to them. This will be through the process of virtual admissions online. Candidates who wish to confirm their admission will have to login to their registered accounts and select '‘Payment of Fee and Virtual admission'. They can then pay the fees for the allotted institute online, as specified in the candidate portal. After completion of this process, candidates can download a 'Virtual Admission Slip'. Candidates who fail to take virtual admission into the college allotted to them will lose their seat and it will be carried forward to the next round. Candidates are not required to report to the allotted institute at this stage. They will be intimated about their joining after the second round of counselling.
