GPAT 2021 Toppers are announced by the NTA. GPAT result 2021 and the merit list has been released by the NTA on March 16, 2020. Check the list of GPAT toppers 2021 here.
According to a press release from the NTA after the release of GPAT result and the GPAT 2021 merit list, Gourav Gupta, a Gurugram native and former student of the Delhi Institute of Pharmaceutical Science and Research, received All India Rank 1. In GPAT 2021, a total of 45,504 candidates appeared for the pharmacy entrance test.
Khan Omar received AIR 1 with 315 out of 500 last year, followed by Sagar Kumar Subudhi with AIR 2 among 48,360 BPharm graduates, according to GPAT toppers. Female candidates were led by Aastha Rohit, who earned a score of 99.995 percentile in GPAT 2020. Persons with Disabilities (PwD) candidates were led by Sheikh Shahid Ayubsab, who scored 99.187 percentile.

In 2020, out of the 50,975 candidates who enrolled, 48,360 candidates took the GPAT exam, and 4,913 candidates from various categories passed the exam. 1,974 candidates are from the Unreserved or General group, 1,350 from Other Backward Class Non-Creamy Layer (OBC-NCL), 727 from Scheduled Caste (SC) category, 489 from Economically Weaker Section (EWS) category, and 373 from Scheduled Tribe (ST) category, out of a total of 4,913 GPAT eligible candidates. The merit list was published by NTA in the following order: GPAT toppers 2021, then other candidates according to their percentile.
The National Testing Agency (NTA) declared the GPAT Result 2021 on their official website on March 16, 2021. NTA has also released the list of GPAT toppers 2021 cum merit list, cut off, and final response key along with the GPAT 2021 score. Candidates must go to the NTA's official website and log in to their accounts with their application number, password, and date of birth. The exam was conducted on February 27, 2021, and the NTA has released the provisional answer key on March 7, 2021. The dates to challenge the GPAT answer key was extended till March 11 from March 9.

The NTA determines the National Merit Ranking (All India Rank) by comparing the marks earned to the total marks earned. If more than one candidate has the same total marks, the inter-se ranking was performed using the marks obtained in Pharmaceutics, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Candidates with less negative responses, and Candidates who are older.
NTA will soon share the guidelines to conduct the GPAT counselling with the participating institutes accepting the GPAT score. NTA will not conduct the counselling and the participating colleges will conduct the counselling and allot the seats on the basis of marks scored by the candidates, on the basis of merit list.
How do I get a copy of the GPAT 2021 Merit List?
- Candidates must go to the NTA GPAT official website.
- Go to the GPAT website and fill out the registration form.
- From the Current Events tab on the left, pick the GPAT 2021 Merit List.
- A PDF file will open, containing all of the candidates' names, percentiles, All India Ranks, and grades.
Candidates can also access their GPAT 2021 scorecard and verify their results by logging into their NTA account with their application number and password/date of birth. The GPAT scorecard or result is valid for three years.

It is mandatory to fill the GPAT application form for admission to MPharm courses. The NBEMS invites online applications for the GPAT examination. Candidates who register online are eligible to take the exam.
