RUHS Counselling Guidelines to Remember after the Seat Allocation Process

RUHS institute reporting guidelines to remember at the time of joining:

1. If the candidate does not join at the allotted college and deposit fees up to the stipulated date, his/her allotment will be cancelled.
2. If, after the Round 1 allotment result, the candidate did not join/report at the allotted college, then he/she will not be eligible to participate in Round 2
3. Those candidates who will join the college after the Round 1 allotment result, then only he/she will be considered for upgradation in Round 2
4. Candidates not holding any seat at the end of round 2 will be eligible to participate in round 3 (mop-up round) for all the faculty courses.

The authorities released a provisional merit list for RUHS nursing Round-1 counselling in PDF form on the official website on July 10, 2025. Details such as roll number, form number, applicant's name, gender, category, marks scored in the exam, date of birth, and marks secured by applicants in classes 10 & 12, and merit number. By checking the merit list, students can appear in the counselling of RUHS BSc Nursing 2025.

Earlier, the guidelines read that the "Registration for Counselling will be open ONLY before ROUND I begins". However, as the counselling was stopped, NEW registrations are being accepted for Round-3 to encourage participation in the counselling. 

RUHS BSc Nursing Counselling Fees 2025

It is mandatory to pay the RUHS BSc Nursing 2025 counselling application fees to participate in the counselling process. Applicants need to deposit a non-refundable INR 550/- fee. Students are advised to pay the counselling fees of RUHS Nursing via either of the two mediums given below.
