Q:   Is taking the SEED 2024 mock tests mandatory?
A:

The Symbiosis Institute of Design (SID) hasn't notified that taking the mock tests is mandatory for admission to the B.Des programme or appearing in SEED 2024. So, it is the discretion of the candidate whether they appear in the mocks or not. That being said it is recommended that the candidate takes the mock tests.

It is because the exercise will help the candidate check out the technicalities of the online proctored exam. This in turn will ensure that there are no unnecessary surprises on exam day.
