AIIMS Delhi to Conduct Centralized Counselling for BSc Nursing 2025 Admission

AIIMS Nursing Centralised Counselling 2025

The AIIMS BSc nursing 2025 counselling process for the BSc Nursing program will be a centralized process conducted by AIIMS New Delhi for all participating AIIMS campuses. The counselling is conducted online through the official AIIMS website: aiimsexams.ac.in. Candidates need not apply separately for each campus. AIIMS nursing counselling fee will be deposited by the candidate to participate in each round of counselling. The AIIMS BSc Nursing result was declared on June 6, 2025. It is expected that the counselling registration will begin in the first week of July 2025. There will be three rounds of counselling: Round 1, Round 2, and a Mop-up round to fill the vacant seats.

AIIMS BSc Nursing Counselling Application Fee 2025

The AIIMS BSc Nursing 2025 counselling application fee for the previous year has been mentioned below. It is expected that either there will be a marginal increase of 10 per cent in the AIIMS BSc Nursing counselling application fee, or it will remain the same as the previous year. The AIIMS BSc Nursing counselling application fee is mentioned category-wise for the aspirants.

1. General / OBC: ₹2,000
2. SC / ST / EWS: ₹1,600
3. PwD (Persons with Disabilities): Exempted (No fee required)

Applicants would be required to pay the counselling fee Online via Debit Card, Credit Card, or Net Banking.

AIIMS BSc Nursing Documents Required 2025

Here is a list of all the documents required for AIIMS BSc Nursing counselling. Candidates must keep ready all the documents mentioned below as they will be checked during the counselling process for seeking admission:

1. AIIMS BSc Nursing Admit Card (downloaded from the official site)
2. AIIMS BSc Nursing Rank Card / Result
3. Class 10th Certificate (for date of birth proof)
4. Class 12th Marksheet and Passing Certificate
5. Transfer Certificate (TC) from the last attended institution
6. Migration Certificate (if applicable)
7. Character Certificate
8. Category Certificate (if applicable):
9. SC/ST/OBC-NCL/EWS certificate in the prescribed format
10. PwBD certificate (if applicable)
11. Domicile Certificate (if required by the allotted AIIMS)
12. Passport-size Photographs (at least 6–8 recent ones)
13. Photo ID Proof (Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, Passport, etc.)
14. Seat Allotment Letter (downloaded after counselling result)
15. Counselling Registration Slip (proof of online registration)

AIIMS Nursing Counselling: Guideline of Category Certificates

Issuing Authority: It must be issued by a competent government authority (such as District Magistrate, Tehsildar, or equivalent). It should be in English or Hindi. If in another language, a certified translation must be provided.

Date of Issue: The category certificate must be valid as of the date of counselling. For OBC-NCL and EWS, it should be issued within one year prior to counselling. For the OBC-NCL Certificate, it must be issued after April 1, 2024 (for 2025 counselling). It must clearly state that the candidate belongs to the Non-Creamy Layer.

For EWS Category candidates, they must ensure that the certificate is made in the format prescribed in DoPT Office Memorandum No. 36039/1/2019-Estt (Res) dated 31st January 2019. It should confirm that the candidate does not belong to any reserved category (SC/ST/OBC). It must be issued after April 1, 2024.
